**Avoid This Aircon Service – A Complete Scam** I’ve used this company’s services yearly, trusting their work—until my most recent experience exposed their dishonesty. They claimed to have cleaned my aircon, but it remained extremely hot.I always suspected what is wrong after they cleaned the aircon since it always smells mold. Despite multiple complaints, they insisted everything was fine and even charged me **$904.70** for the wrong room, leaving my actual unit untouched. Frustrated, I hired another supplier to inspect—only to discover the filters were **filthy and clearly never cleaned**. Shockingly, after their so-called "cleaning," the filters were removed but still looked dirty (see photos). This is unacceptable. This company refuses to take accountability, providing zero resolution while charging for services never rendered. Save yourself the hassle and money—**do not do business with them**. A reputable service should stand by its work, but this one thrives on negligence and false claims.

Don't ever engage with these guys. I was refer to them via my ID (TMS The Minimist Society) and they are all garbage. These AC guys do a really terrible job with trunking and you can see from my photos all the gaps and that caused condensation and water all over the place. AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAUGE. They merely tape it up but gaps everywhere that leads to nothing but trouble

It was recommended by a friend of mine. I thought of trying it out. I was quoted once and I try to negotiate the price, it turn out to be nett rice. So I will see how is the workmanship first before I give another rating.

Despite requiring several follow-ups, ACIS staff were extremely professional in rectifying my complex aircon situation. They even do periodic checks to ensure that everything is properly working. Highly recommended!

Bought a Mitsubishi Starmex System through a good friend of mine and ACIS Aircon technicians (4 of them) came down yesterday, 20 Nov and did an awesome installation. Workers were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our queries on site. Copper pipes, trunking was also replaced. Job was completed in only 4 hours. Thank you ACIS Aircon for the wonderful experience. Will be calling you to sign up a aircon maintenance servicing program on Monday.
