Got to know ACM via google Ad. Great sales team, very fast response. You’ll get the quote , booking done. Unfortunately after sales is so bad. I was shifting houses and I had to get professional cleaners, this team provides 24 hrs warranty and charges $350. I’m not saying they did a bad job, I even messaged them and thanked them, however in the evening when I had the check up with my landlord I was questioned on fridge stains not cleaned properly and the floor stains. I was also questioned on sofa and matters. I reached out to sales team, operations manager, no one answers, then I got the customer service team contact number and they said everything im requesting is out of scope. Sofa and bed, yes, I agree it’s out of cope but not the fridge and the floor stain. No one picks up the call no matter how much you call them. YOU PAY $350 for this service. Now I have to incur additional costs on these.

The team is prompt to respond to our needs. The staff is friendly and approachable whenever we ask them questions about the nature of work which will be carried out at our premise. We definitely would like to engage their services again in future.
