Hi, I am very happy to report that after I got the opportunity to wash down my external aircon compressor as advised by your 22 years experienced aircon technician, Raju, my aircon's performance has been back as before, giving cooling comfort. My apologies if our initial conversation was not so pleasant due to a miscommunication. After my master bedrooms aircon blower was chemical washed, initially the difference was not felt as much. Following that, when it rained heavily, I took the opportunity to wash down my outside unit aircon compressor and immediately after tested my aircon again. With the same settings, my room temperature dropped by 3°C. The following night it dropped another 2°C. So now when I set it at 23°C on my remote, I'm getting 24°C and the room is really cool, amazing. I have also before this, given you a very encouraging and positive feedback. With this very positive experience, I intend to engage your services again in the future and I will also recommend your services to my friends and family members too. Have a great week ahead!!

Very happy with my purchase. Supplier team was professional and friendly. I ordered system 1 and installation was done the next day. Price includes installation. However they're not active in Lazada chat, i found their contact number in Google search and WhatsApp to them. Supplier replies quickly in WhatsApp. They also provide aircon servicing with affordable price. Highly recommended.

Totally disappointed with the service this time! I can’t wait to use up the package and find another AC service provider. The customer service who assisted me with making the appointment is having selective listening on our whatsapp exchange (I don’t intend to mention name). I have to ask again and again on the invoice for payment to be paid to them and my requests as well. After servicing I received my invoice which is incorrect as I have already paid the final deposit. The customer service told me I can go ahead to pay for the balance and will upload their records. I mentioned to send me the revised invoice to avoid unnecessary dispute. This was on 10 May and I’m still waiting. On the good note, their technician “MR OUSSAMA” is very detailed and do not rush into completing his job. He gave good advise and explained on my AC issues. Thank you.

Needed servicing for the aircons at home with the weather turning warm and dry and they delivered! They were professional and knew what was needed to do. The technician on site was also friendly to answer my queries when asked what was the possible reason to my aircons not being cold. Will go back to them again when need! Thanks guys!

got them to help service the AC in my grandparents' home. grandparents feedbacked that the technicians were nice. i went to visit and was happy with the serviced AC as now it is cold and clean. grandparents want them to service AC again next time 🙏🙏
