Excellent service by Sharul and team. Quick to drop by to inspect and provide solution for my inter-level balcony leak. Efficient, fast but patient work by the workers and kudos to them working under the hot sun. Even my downstairs neighbor compliment the workers for putting up plastic sheet to protect the bathroom from getting dirty and cleaning up after work completed. Lets hope this will solve the problem and not need to revisit. Thanks guys.

Darren did my roof waterproofing last year. There were quite a few rectifications needed, but he followed through and eventually got everything leak-proof. He’s very responsible. Today, I asked him to help check a water leakage issue at another house. It turned out to be from the water heater, which is still under warranty, hence I didn't engage his service to change. I tried to compensate him for making the trip down, but he refused to accept any payment. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Shawn, Sharul and the team at B4 Waterproofing. I've lived in an older condo for over ten years, and water leaks have been an ongoing challenge. I first reached out to them four years ago and have relied on them ever since for everything from minor leaks to more serious waterproofing issues. They have consistently diagnosed and resolved our issues efficiently and effectively. The team is professional, communicative, organised, and their workers are polite, clean and tidy, and get the job done without fuss. I especially appreciate their responsiveness — they typically come down to assess the problem as soon as possible, and they are communicative about arrival timings (they are usually early), rather than keeping me waiting at home for hours. We had approached a few companies to rectify our roof leakage issue. We decided to engage B4 Water Leakage as they quoted transparent and competitive rates including insurance, which stoodout from the rest. The team of Sharul, Durai and Sebastin did an impressive job on rectifying my roof issue. Sharul as the salesperson was easy to deal with and prompt in answering any queries. Whereas, Durai and Sebastian did a great job to patch and repaint the affected area. They took the initiative to cover up my blinds and furnitures before starting their job to minimise loose falling paint,although the affected paint area was small. No details were spared. Safety was also priotised as they were working at heights. Once finished, they took the initiative to clean back the area and moved back the furnitures to its original position. Everyone had played their roles effectively. I would highly recommend others to enquire B4 Water Leakage for any leaking issues.

Highly recommended! We contacted the company for help and Hui Xiang promptly came down to do a site survey. He patiently answered our queries and explained how the works would be carried out. When the works commenced, we were very grateful for the professionalism and care Sara and Praveen took when applying the waterproofing material. They were very pleasant and also helped to clean up each evening before going back. All in all, this was a great experience. While I hope I won't need to engage B4 Water Leakage Specialist again that soon, would definitely engaged them again if the need arisis. Will also be recommending them to my family and friends.

Wanted to give a shout out to Hui Xiang and the guys at B4 Water Leakage for their technical expertise! They did a great job to fix my leaking roof 3 years ago. When there was water seepage in my toilet last week, naturally Hui Xiang was the first person I contacted. As always, he was prompt in his reply & punctual in turning up for the site inspection. I decided to give them a call and was put in touch with Benedict. He arranged the site visit promptly and patiently answered all our questions We eventually engaged them for waterproofing and spalling concrete repair. From confirmation to execution, everything was completed within a week. They even went the extra mile to find a paint shade that closely matched my grandmother’s bedroom wall. Arranged for an inspection with a person named Benedict who responded to my whatsapp msg to their business number. He did not turned up at the arranged time, no message and no call either. Tried texting with no response and did not pick up any calls. Only texted back 1 hour after the arranged timing that he could not on his phone with no other explanation on why he did not turn up at the agreed timing. No intention to honour a person's timing and it was a weekday working hour. Am very appalled at the service level. I would have given a negative star if google allowed.

Recently my toilet had water seepage on the floor. I called 2 contractors for quotes. And the last one I called B4 Water Leakage. I know of this company from the flyer I received. Their quote is reasonable price. And i chose them. Sharul is the sales rep doing all the coordination. He is very fast and prompt in responding to messages, courteous, respectful and very patient guy! He is responsible to assure me that all the leaking problems will be rectified properly.. one can feel very secured with a salesman like Sharul.

Found out that my house toilet had a leak and was scrambling to find a person to repair. Went back to my contractor and was quoted a higher price and a shorter warranty period. Another referral wanted to charge me for a site visit Then got Darren’s contact from my property agent. Darren was very prompt in his reply and gave me and indicative quote from the photos I sent him as well as arranged a site visit shortly after. He came down to take a look and explained to me about what his team will be doing and I felt very comfortable with what his team planned to do. The final price also didn’t deviate much from his original quote which also means he’s experienced and familiar with the works required and how much it’ll cost. Came down and completed the job within the said time frame. Darren also sent me photos of the progress and his team helped me apply a new layer of silicone for my bath tub too. Had a small issue with the wrong colour paint used for the ceiling due to a miscommunication with my helper and Darren arranged another trip for his guys to come and paint the correct colour shortly after. Their 5 stars rating is legit and has a really good experience working with them.

Darren came on site to assess the situation of our common toilet leaking into downstairs neighbor’s toilet. He gave his recommendations. However our downstairs neighbor preferred another company’s technology for waterproofing. So I engaged the other company. I was disappointed with some damage to some tiles during the waterproofing. So I decided to contact Darren to complete the second part of the job which was to patch up the holes in our neighbor’s common toilet’s false ceiling and also repaint the ceiling of the kitchen and third toilet which had peeling paint and watermarks. Darren’s man did an excellent job. I am so relieved. Thanks Darren and your man for your professionalism and skills. Thanks also for the good price. Grateful for a job well done. 👍🏻

Been using Ray Tan few times for my condo water heater replacement and other water leakage issue and quite responsible. Found a few other quotations but B4 Leakage is still quite reasonable. Had informed will paint whole patch of toilet wall instead of the patch mark as I had informed him will have colour difference. Hopefully issue can solve as they do give warranty as well!

Grateful to Hui Xiang and the b4 water leakage team for fixing the mysterious water leakage issue we faced in our shower. Out of the 3-4 contractors that came down to take a look at the problem, Hui Xiang asked the best questions and gave the most reasonable explanations and solutions. He was the only one to investigate thoroughly and find water pooling under our bathtub, hence including sealant around our bathtub area as a part of the solution. To our surprise, his quotation was also very reasonable compared to the rest, even though it had more scope. He swiftly debunked the need for hacking or other unnecessary work like pipe pressure tests from our contractors with very reasonable explanations. It has been 2 months and we have yet to see any more leakage. Very thankful that we managed to resolve this issue with minimal hassle and at such a good price

I had waterproofing works done in the past year with B4 and so far all good. What's highly commendable is I had Shawn come down 2 times in the past couple of months, this time he even came down within hours of contacting him, although both times there were no issues (thankfully) after inspection. My apartment is going through renovations where a contractor claimed there was a leak in a pipe that needed to be rectified. I reached out to Shaun who came to my place in less than 24 hours to check on the leak. He spent some time at our place and did a few thorough tests and eventually established there was no leak (our contractor was wrong) and also provided very logical advice on how to approach issues in the future.
