As our terrace is at a lower level than our Neighbour’s, the paint in our retaining wall was peeling off due to moisture from the soil. Stanley, the Director of WaterSeal Pte Lte, was very proactive. As my husband was not satisfied with the normal solution of PU injection, Stanley suggested an alternative. However my husband wanted to explore a new technology, Xypex. Stanley took the initiative to check with the supplier of Xypex and worked with the latter to implement Xypex for our retaining wall. Would have given a rating of 5 but can’t yet since it’s only been about 2 weeks since the wall was done. So far no problem despite the heavy rain and the warranty of 2 years is more than the one year a few vendors gave us for PU injection.

My bathroom has a waterproofing issue due to the age of my condominium. It was leaking into my neighbour downstairs. Company's service from beginning of assessment, technical advice n implenation was well carried out. As roofing works required Work-At -Heights, there was a notice which was placed to indicate a permit has been obtained. The workmen were disciplined and were able to carry out the necessary tasks. Housekeeping and post task clean ups was carried out as well. For an entire terraced roof, works started on a Friday till Tuesday. Sunday was supposed to b a break but Waterseal responded to send the workmen down to carry out necessary rectification work due to some leaks. Overall, a positive experience. My family thanks Waterseal n their team of workmen.

I seldom write reviews but feel compelled to write one. I had water leaks on a few areas of my roof and it was getting more serious due to the rainy weather in Dec. My previous contractor did a disappointing job and decided to ask around and my friend recommended Stanley and their team. Their response and engagement from the start by supervisor Alex and the foreman was professional from the onset. They were able to point out the leaks and convince me that they know how to rectify the issues. They are also the only company who bothered to bring ladders and excess the roof to understand the real situation and they can start work at a short notice. The team even came to check the next day after job completion to ensure that no further touch up are required. It has been 2 weeks and my leaks are resolved. I will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Thank you for the great work guys.

Spoke to Stanley to enquire about solutions to my leaking issue. He is honest to tell me that their solution may not be a permanent one and asked me to wait for HDB to assess. Appreciate his honesty and saved me $1k plus to do the ceiling/wall and not solving the issue. Thank you Stanley for your honesty.

Had a water seepage issue that had been annoying me for the better part of the last year or so. Contacted WaterSeal and received prompt responses with clear solutions. Workers arrived punctually on the day itself, and also walked me through the process. It’s still early to tell now whether the issue has been completely resolved, but am very happy with the responsiveness and work attitude! 7 month update: It looks like WaterSeal managed to stop the seepage for good as I haven’t noticed any further water damage to my floor and walls ever since their visit. Would definitely recommend WaterSeal to anyone looking to solve their waterproofing issues!

I had the pleasure of engaging WaterSeal company on helping me in solving my house leakage issues . In particularly, want to commend Marcus, Stanley and his team for their high service standard and dedication to the job. From the initial assessment to the completion of the repair work, the entire process was marked by a level of professionalism that surpassed my expectations. Previously, I had invited a few water seepage companies to investigate the leakage problems and gave me their quotation but I did not have confidence in any of their service as other companies didn’t even conduct a thorough investigation at the leaking areas and I must say only Marcus and his team member- Azad really stood out among others and won my trust. They meticulously diagnosed the issue and proposed a comprehensive solution and gave me the assurance that they will fix my house leaking problems once and for all. During the repair process, what truly set them apart was the level of communication and transparency. Marcus, the manager kept me informed at every stage, ensuring I understood the scope of the repairs and the anticipated timeline. This not only instilled confidence but also demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, they did not mind cover some minor works that was not part of the service included. Their commitment and professionalism of doing extra had truly goes above and beyond in this market environment. I hereby recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and professional water seepage repair. Definitely more than 5 stars if I can give.
