Was recommended by a colleague. I engaged Cool One service on a Saturday 29/7/2023 to do general servicing of 6 units. They were punctual and very professional. As one of my aircon units was more than 15 years old, they took extra care in dismantling the unit. They also sent ample manpower, and within an hour the job was completed. I tested the aircons for the night, and could feel a difference before vs after cleaning as my last servicing was 7 months ago. The rooms were so much cooler after servicing, that i had to turn up the temperature of one of my air-cons. Overall a good experience, and would highly recommend them.

For close to a decade I was sleeping in a semi cold room as no technicians could tell me what was wrong with the aircon unit in my bedroom. Thanks to Jason from Cool One Service!! He knew the problem instantly and got it fixed! A lot of dismantling but all worth it! Tonight I’m finally sleeping in an air-conditioned room! Thank you!!
