Dear Fortuna servicing, Thank you for your explanation below. Despite the early notice, home owners and their family may still be unable to make it due to work, travel or other reasons. The point is that this servicing date offered is one sided. The initial hard stance on this single servicing date as the only option with no room for mutually agreed appointment was what I did not accept. However, yesterday, your staff has contacted me and offered me a timeslot which I can agree with. Thank you very much. The issue I have has been handled satisfactorily. Thank you. ——————- Extremely inflexible on scheduling times. Unable to accomodate customer availability. Instead, require customer to accomodate their schedule. Beware if you are going to engage them. I will definitely not be using them going forward.

Hiaz booked appt after appt didn’t turn up saying packing on the way but was disappointed with this service, all went well at the beginning but later part slacken due to internal communication very bad I dunno what’s their commitment level to customer Yaoming saw your reviews good maybe you busy with other clients and here is reality you or me can’t change these plse take note of this…!! 🤦🏻♂️😓

Excellent experience working with Fortuna. We sourced a used Daikin condenser. The installation was done promptly, the price was competitive, and Mr. Yao Ming was very professional in handling the job with his team, who installed the condenser. Compared to other aircon providers I contacted, Fortuna was the only one that responded promptly, did not go back and forth on the schedule, and was also able to offer alternative solutions and options. Highly recommended.

The experience with the call center is super bad!! The customer service girls have lousy attitude like we owe her a living. No proper explanation and just push the blame to owners. Avoid their service at all costs. Technicians are bad at their jobs. Keep pushing away responsibilities instead of offering solutions. I wish there’s an option for zero star!

It is a great pleasure working with Yao Ming from Fortuna Air-Conditioning. Awesome relationship is built during the pre and post installation for my additional new Daikin fan coil split aircon to my current compressor. Thus, I have saved so much in getting the full set of aircon. Yao Ming, who coordinated so well and seamlessly. No hiccups and his follow up check post installation is really a compliment. Ensuring that all are properly done by his workers and help up with small nitty gritty setup on my mobile apps. Hence, I will entrusted him moving forward on all my aircon needs. Getting any aircon advices call Yao Ming (he is the best so far I have ever met personally)! 🥰

Astonishing work by Yao Ming and his crew. I had been given his contact from Daiken. Fortuna was one of their Proshops. He had installed a System 4 in my house, the pricing was very reasonable, the workmanship really good. Any questions or concerns you may have, Yao Ming will resolve them. His response time was expedient. My family and I was truly satisfied with his patience and his positive attitude. Highly recommended! Thank you Yao Meng.

My aircon broken down due to a bad service from another aircon supplier. Yaoming from Fortuna Aircon came to my rescue when the previous supplier intent to change me very high for replacement. Yaoming and his team were extremely professional and efficient. He had suggested replacing my built-in unit with a wall-mounted one, and it turned out to be a great idea. They handled everything smoothly, including cutting the ceiling and installing the new unit neatly. The cost was very reasonable too. I’ve already recommended Yaoming to my neighbours—highly recommended! 谢谢Yaoming。

Highly recommended company! We got their contact from Daikin as they are listed as one of their proshop. Yao Ming our in charge is very fast in his replies.. he is very responsible and keeps us updated of the ongoing work by sending us pictures.. the pricing he quoted us was good and the workmanship is meticulous! We are really happy with their air con service and will be using their service for all our air con!

I have engaged Fortuna Air-Conditioning, Yao Ming for installation of Daikin system 3 this month and entrusted his company cos he reassured me that the service and workmanship rendered is the best among others, cannot fight lor😁. This is my go to place for my air con needs. I engage Fortuna due to my previous positive experience with the knowledge, transparency and customer experience from the Daikin Pro-shop team. My experience this time round is nothing short of stellar. Yao Ming conducts the consultation with competency and helps to develop the best solution for my unit which is very complicated due to ducted units. The scheduling was swift and most importantly punctual. Installation was completed on time and there was proper handover. I strong recommend Fortuna for Air-cond solutions.

Do not use their company’s services under any circumstances. The staff will randomly change the settings on your remote control. Moreover, their attitude is poor. Other than being cheap, I can’t think of any other good points.

I highly recommend Fortuna Air-Conditioning & Electrical Pte Ltd because they successfully resolved a recurring aircon issue with frequent gas leaks that three other companies could not fix. Since then, we've signed up for their regular maintenance service. I was thoroughly impressed with their service team's expertise and attention to detail. Fortuna is my main contractor for Aircon installation in my house. Customer service is responsive in answering queries and swift in arranging service appointments. I had been on a contract with another company for a number of years before switching to Fortuna. The difference in professional knowledge, efficiency and reliability is literally night and day. Fortuna service staff - Mr Peng and Mr Jimmy - have provided impeccable service and they are thorough and meticulous. Highly recommended.

Found them through Daikin proshop at Seletar mall. We bought system 4 units for our condominium. Replacement of old units and changed all the piping. Bought the units online on Daikin proshop website and assigned to fortuna Seletar mall. Site visit was arranged promptly. for condo units , we have to pay additional for the works and piping cos it's all concealed and false ceiling need to be open up to get the work done. This is the norm for condo units. The team who done the job for us are professional and workers were polite as well. The false ceiling are concealed back very nicely. Total work day takes 2 days . Glad that we choose fortuna to help us with this. We didn't do any renovation just that our existing Aircon is almost 20 years and gas pipe is leaking. So no Aircon is working which is unbearable when working from home. Price is reasonable for the work done. We done our price comparison at the major stores and even went different outlets . Took us 2 weeks to source . Gain city was the highest quote that we got exclude the unit costs. All in all, we are happy with the results . Value for money.

Appointment booked for 930am. Finally arrived at 245pm. No phone call, no explanation. After that work began and this was the most impressive part. 8 aircons, in and out in under 25mins! WoW! I think they just took the Guinness record for the world's fastest aircon servicing. Just as impressive is no one even brought a cloth along to wipe the aircon. If anyone needs a quick "service", definitely this is the place to call. If anyone actually needs their aircon cleaned, you're better off asking your domestic helper. At least she will have a cloth.

I was totally disappointed been using them for years, and proudly to invite them to quote my new house which required to be on site ... but asking for $50/- per site visit .. giving them a potential sales which I Guess they rather lose a customer instead This is totally disappointed !
