Coolserve deployed 2 teams comprising senior technicians who came equipped with all preventive measure to partition the whole house tactfully and adequately with plastics to prevent the whole unit from being dusted. It exceeded our expectation and save us the hassle to cover the furnitures ourselves. Every actions were handled professionally with considerations to cleanliness. After installations of compressors and fan coils to the whole unit, they undertook to clean our unit while clearing all the debris and removed the plastics and even took initiative to paint the patched area with our owned paints. Overall, we were very impressed and highly satisfied and very impressed with the service quality rendered by coolserve teams tasked with hacking the walls to replace the leaked pipes concealed inside the house. Let me congratulate Coolserve for their dedication and profound professionalism making the job looks seemingly easy and completed the job faster and beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend Coolserve to anyone out there who need servicing or considering to replace their leaked gas pipes, or routine servicing. I had engaged a 3rd party aircon company to Jet-wash Mitsubishi Starmex system, however after the major servicing I noticed a significant drop in performance, the indoor aircon never reach the temperature set even after on for more than 5 hours. Further more, the outdoor condenser unit was a little noisy than normal/usual and there was no water or condensation in the outdoor unit. The technician had broke my aircon system. I quickly called and engaged Coolserve the next day. Coolserve technicians came early and they did a fantastic job. I would especially like to commend Coolserve technicians for their professionalism, technical expertise, and patience. He (Rong) took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explained the root cause and the repair process, and carried out the work with great attention to detail. It was evident that he takes pride in his work, and his courteous and customer-focused approach made the entire experience a very positive one. Coolserve technicians have successfully "reset" the Mitsubishi Starmex system to factory-fresh operating conditions, outdoor compressor was working at 100% perfect efficiency with an excellent cooling rate, it officially proved that the system is no longer broken. This is the second time Coolserve has helped me resolve my air-conditioning issues, and once again, the service exceeded my expectations. Based on the consistently excellent service I've received, I will certainly be engaging Coolserve for my regular air-conditioning servicing in the future, and I will be happy to recommend Coolserve to my family and friends. WELL DONE!!!

I wanted to thank all coolserve team from service to technician. I've hired them to install aircon for my parents, my bto and my parent in law bto. We have some issues with my parent in law bto. First was aircon placement second was our water heater electrical wire. They are willing to help us settle even by helping out to change water heater wire to a thick wire in short notice! When we offer our Ang bao, they rejected and only asked us to give Google reviews. Thanks Evan and Yong for helping us throughout. And other staffs that came down to help!

I had a great experience with Coolserve. Ben and his installation team did an excellent job. They were professional, punctual, and completed the installation neatly and cleanly. I’ve been engaging COOLSERVE for servicing and repairs for more than 10 years, so when it came to replacing my aircon system, I didn’t really have to think twice. Over the years, they have never disappointed me. The service and workmanship have always been consistent and up to standard, which is why I keep going back to them. Recently, I installed 4 units at my place and installer Yong with his team did a great job. The installation was swift, neat, and they cleaned up after everything was completed. I also want to mention Evan, who handled my enquiries. His replies were always quick and straight to the point, without any hard selling or unnecessary explanations. The installation waiting time was slightly longer, but that’s understandable given how hot the weather has been and the high demand. Overall, another great experience with COOLSERVE. I’ll definitely continue engaging them for future servicing and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-standard aircon services. Kudos!

This was my first time engaging COOLSERVE and I’m glad I chose them. Evan was very responsive to my enquiries and was knowledgeable about the equipment and materials used. He patiently answered my questions. Ben and his installation team were assigned to my house, and they did an excellent job. Reached out via WhatsApp to enquire about installation a week ago. Representative replied to ask for more details and then ghosted me. Repeated messages over a few days went unanswered. Extremely unprofessional customer service, if you’re not keen on doing the job just let the client know, it’s rude to just leave messages on read.

I was recommended to use the servicing services and recently replacement of aircons. The servicing (Stephen and his co worker) is not the cheapest but definitely reliable with photos of work done. Installation technicians are efficient, prep the place before the work and clean up after. It is a lot of hard work to stay outdoors at the aircon ledges to dismantle n install compressors. Kudos to Yung and his co worker. Backend support Evan is prompt with his replies.

Disappointing service and long waiting time for repair. During the first visit, the technician said the aircon seemed to be working fine and advised me to monitor it, mentioning that the receiver sensor might need replacement if the issue of auto on/off happens again. The problem did occur again, but when I contacted the company, I was told the next available appointment would only be 2 weeks later. Because of the intermittent on/off issue, I had to off the power everytime no one is at home. I'd not look for coolserve again.

The team of installers from Coolserve Air-Condition Engineering have done a fantastic job for my new BTO flat. I am very grateful to Yong because he has suggested a very good ideal for laying the drainage outlet which no pipe was seen lying on the floor. He is a good listener, polite and very careful not to damage the wall tile when drilling hole. Mr Evan also has done a great job to schedule appointment for pre & post installation. He has given me valuable tips for aircon installation. This is the 2nd time I have engaged them for their services.

Coolserve has done two installation jobs for me so far - my hall cassette aircon and my bedroom wall aircon (both Mitsubishi units). Everything is top notch. Products are good, price is reasonable, workmanship is good and the service is excellent. Especially good service from Installer Yong who is very competent, responsible and friendly. I would recommend Coolserve to anybody without hesitation.

Have been servicing my aircon for years until my usual uncle retired. Since then I could not find any good servicing. Things got very bad and recently I had been getting water leaks and room is no longer cool enough. My ceiling also started to grow black patches and mold from bad condensation. Contractors come and go and one rejected me saying it is not possible to service due to the mounting of my aircon being “unusual”. Things completely turned around today when Chee Heng and Jie came. I was so surprised by their confidence and expertise. They did not mention anything about my mounting and just go about their work swiftly! Never had anyone gone to service my outside condenser (with special equipment) and TOOK out my WHOLE two units from the walls!! ! They even remove my 20yo trunking and wirings and I even see the raw circuitry everywhere! Long story short, both units look brand new after their chemical wash and were mounted back perfectly as like new. AMAZING. definitely worth every cent! Their friendly attitude, skills expertise are topnotch. Im so grateful to have met both Chee Heng and Jie for great servicing for my aircons. Definitely recommend them! Coolserve is indeed good!

Hi, I would like to commend on the excellent team you've assigned to service and maintain my house air conditions. We had an issue with the attic aircon which was leaking water into a lower floor room. This issue was resolved within a day - starting with a call in the mid morning which your staff, Cindy responded by arranging the regular technicians (Heng and one other - cannot recall his name) to come to my house at 2.30pm. They checked and suspected the pvc pipe was damaged. Since the pipes were concealed, they requested the installer to rerun exposed drainage pipes. Very quickly, they gave me a quote. Upon agreement of the quote, Evan arranged for the installers to come at 6pm. There were several installers and the problem was resolved within half an hour. Heng was very conscientious in his work and followed up with a call to check if there were any more leaks. He has asked us to turn on the aircon and let it run to see if there were any more leaks. So far, there were none. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the team and the speed they worked. Kudos to the team! I shall recommend Cool Serve Aircon to whoever needs their aircons to be serviced and maintained. Well done!!

Been using coolserve for the past 6 years, for installation and service. Last week was disappointing session by the regular technicians. Feedback to onsite technicians that aircon is not cold; air coming out is not cold for an 18k btu at coldest setting (lowest temp and highest fan speed) The technician goes by the standard step: as long as gas pressure is ok and thermometer at fancoil outlet is acceptable, then all is ok; nothing wrong. Nothing can be done and no further troubleshooting can be done. They kept saying they are checking and all they did was touching the indoor cooling fins. However, it can't cool the room, which it used to be able (just a few weeks ago). I decided to engage another aircon company. Within 20 minutes, they were able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. It was fixed within the hour. In my fair opinion, they are ok for installation and basic regular servicing. However, when it comes to problems and resolution, I think they are lacking in this area. The technicians on that day were looking at each other, at a loss.

Engaging coolserve service to do a re-run piping job on my aircon on 19 jul 2022 has delighted me in many ways. The technician team consists of Yung/Ben/Chuen were superb and professional in their skill set and knowledge. I have witnessed the whole progress of the work till the end and I sincerely want to praise the 3guys for their great dedicated job. I will give 5* for the job I received from them. Especially, thankful to Yung(I suppose he is the key guy for this job) whom has go an extra miles in ensuring my whole house is neatly cleaned up and also patching up of the ceiling holes without any trace marks that he had drilled earlier for the re-run of piping for the entire 3rooms. Excellent sales service and advice rendered by Evan, even reply my msg after office hours. Installers was so hardworking, both working non stop for straight 9 hours without break. It was heartwarming to see their other colleagues (quite a few) came to help out the ending jobs. Kudos to their team spirit.

TLDR: Good service, Good Technicians, Recommend. Ours was the last appointment of the day, and we were struck with an unfortunate aircon leak after the service. We're thankful for the customer service team and the technicians, particularly Yong & Soon, whom provided efficient and good service through-out. Even though they had to return to handle the leak after work hours, they displayed no sign of frustration and are consistently professional and cordial. Truly impressed by the service quality. The unfortunate leak, after looking at the piping and listening to their explanation, we came to the conclusion that it is just an unfortunate incident, and no fault of their service. Would highly recommend this trusted company for your air-con servicing needs.

The Coolserve service team were very friendly and helpful. Everything communicated were detailed in black and white which I highly appreciate and it shows their professionalism. The team of installers did a great job and paid attention to details. No cutting of corners. They also laid sheets, and had another team that came later to help with cleaning up. I offered to switch on ceiling fans as the weather was extremely warm but they insisted to keep it off so that dust won't be flying around the house. I salute. It's not easy to find a gem in SG but I've found one here. Thank you Coolserve team.
