We engaged Direct Contractor Singapore with our home renovation and we could not have been any happier. Team : It consists of good experienced and reliable individuals starting from the management side to their site workers. Big thanks to Fikri for coordinating with their dedicate in-house group of skillful carpenters and electricians. Full appreciation for delivering such meticulous work for our home. Service : In terms of service, they were very professional and had stayed true to all their promises. They were very attentive to our design requests and they were able to suggest many good options while accommodating to our preferences. They also did not hesitate to go an extra mile in helping us source for various items that we needed for the renovation. Workmanship : It was definitely of a top standard quality ( even our guests agree ) and they were quick to rectify any defects that we have pointed out. Most importantly there were no major problems occurred during the renovation process, Alhamdulillàh! Pricing : Boss Yen is a very generous and trustworthy individual. He did not hesitate to lower the prices whenever we requested. He offered us the lowest price compared to other IDs which we had shortlisted. The pricing was also very transparent with no hidden markups, giving us a peace of mind. Overall, we highly recommend Direct Contractor Singapore to anyone out there! Trust us!

Hi Team DCSG, We would like to express our deepest thanks for making our entire renovation process so seamless and for turning our dream home into a reality. May Allah bless the whole team with abundant rezeki and continued business growth. 🙏🏻 To Surean – thank you for being our first point of contact, and for guiding us through what to do (and not to do), explaining the pros and cons along the way. To Salamah – thank you for your prompt invoicing, receipts, goodwill discount. To Bettina – thank you for turning the 2D drawings into reality. Super solid at slay ang mga gawa mo. 😉 To Nad – thank you for liaising with the outsourcing vendors and ensuring everything came together. Your brilliant idea to cover our master bedroom beam was just ingenious! 😍 To the main person of this whole project, Muhammad Ezrielshah – we honestly don’t know where to start. From day one, you treated this project like it was your own home, putting in your time, effort, dedication, and heart into every detail. We saw you going up and down, back and forth, sometimes even beyond working hours, just to make sure things were right. You listened patiently to our ideas (and even our last-minute changes), and you always found solutions instead of excuses. Your hands-on approach, clear communication, and genuine care for the end result really stood out. You didn’t just “manage” the renovation — you championed it, ensuring every part of the process was handled smoothly and that the workmanship met the highest standards. We truly felt at ease knowing you were in charge, and the final outcome speaks for itself. Super proactive, super reliable — you’ve set the bar very high! 🫡

We met Qin for an initial appointment and were immediately struck by how soft spoken, kind, and genuine he is. He has a very calm presence and was such a pleasant person to talk to, patient, respectful, and thoughtful in the way he shared his ideas. Even though we decided to go with another ID for our project, we truly appreciated the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. A really nice person overall!

We engaged Direct Contractor SG for our home renovation and overall, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Like any renovation journey, there were ups and downs along the way — but what mattered most was how the team handled it. They stayed responsive, open to feedback, and committed to delivering quality results. We’re especially grateful that they were willing to take on custom designs that many other IDs said no to — like our arched rattan wardrobe. It turned out beautifully and adds so much warmth and texture to the room. We also love our arch seatee and feature wall, which were done with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. These features make our home feel extra special. Thank you surean and team for bringing our ideas to life and for walking the journey with us! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a creative and accommodating team.

I approached a direct contractor with a clear vision for my home renovation, but no specific expectations. I met Saddiqin, and we discussed the possibilities of bringing my ideas to life. I had detailed drawings prepared, which I shared with him. After reviewing the plans, he confirmed that 90% of my design vision was feasible. What impressed me was his willingness to listen and understand my requirements, and he also brought his own creative ideas to the table, which enhanced the project. The renovation began in December 2024 and was completed efficiently by the first week of April, with a perfect finish. The timeline was impressive, and the team worked diligently to ensure that every aspect of the project was completed to perfection. Despite my busy schedule, which led to irregular communication, Saddiqin was always responsive and addressed all my queries promptly, ensuring I had no worries throughout the process. His professionalism and commitment to delivering quality work were evident in every interaction. What stood out to me was the attention to detail and the precision with which the team worked. The craftsmanship reflected their knowledge and experience, and there was no need for touch-ups or corrections. The final result matched my vision exactly, and I was thrilled with the outcome. The team adhered strictly to the endorsed drawings, and every element was executed flawlessly. Working with the contractor was a stress-free experience. I didn't have to worry about mishaps or delays, and the communication was always optimal. Saddiqin's team took ownership of the project, and their expertise shone through in the final product. I had no regrets going direct, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle-free renovation experience. In fact, I was so impressed that I appreciated the contractor's ability to manage the project from start to finish without requiring close supervision. Their reliability and transparency throughout the process gave me peace of mind, knowing that my home was in good hands. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Chanced upon DCSG on Instagram and decided to arrange an appointment with them after seeing their good works. We were attended to by Sadiqin who was attentive and clearly knows what he is doing. He understood all of our ideas (for our BTO renovation) right from the first appointment. Before works started, Sadiqin and his team showed us plans to ensure whatever we discussed has been incorporated. We even received drawings that displayed their professionalism and quality. Renovation process was a total breeze. Sadiqin made our vision / inspos came to life perfectly, while also improvising the ideas. Targeted timeline was met as well. He has exceeded our expectations, and we would 100% recommend him/DCSG to others!

I cannot be more grateful to the DCSG team for their commitment to execute the project for our new home. We had an extremely tight deadline (1.5-2 months) and they did all they can to make it happen. We approached Yen and he was very prompt in all his responses THROUGHOUT the project, not only at the start. And I can see how his whole team works so well, in unison, from the rendering, admin team to the contractors (Bee Jay, Anis and Bobby, thank you so much for your patience too!). Everyone seemed to know what to do, when to do it and they do them well. It's definitely reflective of the level of management DCSG has. We felt the sincerity of the dedication and work that DCSG has put in into our new home. The carpentry work was done very well, the vinyl floors are beautiful, the tiling was done quick, our feature walls, plumbing etc were all done with utmost professionalism. They handled rectification works very quickly too. We are so pleased with our new home, which we designed ourselves. So I highly recommend that you work with DCSG if you do not intend to have an ID, and that you are clear about your design. Thank you for the excellent service, DCSG. Our new home cannot be made possible without your hard work. May Allah grant you even more success in the years to come! Amin amin :)

Engaged DCSG to makeover 2 toilets and kitchen, liaised and overseen by Maryam, it exceeded our expectations. Maryam understood what we wanted, planned and came to fruition. Maryam was a perfectionist and initial minor imperfections not acceptable by her standards were immediately rectified. We are very pleased with the end results. The ease of the reno journey from start to end was stress free, with open communication from both sides, definitely appreciated. I'll definitely recommend DCSG if you are in the midst of planning your home renovation.

so grateful to have come across Directcontractors.sg for our home Reno recently. We had a consultation with Sadiqin who was very very professional, meticulous, innovative and very accommodative from the very beginning. As per everyone else, we showed many many Pinterest inspos to Sadiqin and he impressed us with his knowledge of materials, suitability of various mechanisms to maximise space esp in a space constraint apartment like ours. He improvised on all of our visions and made our dream home come to life. The quality of materials used throughout the house and the attention to details by the contractors are *chef's kiss*. 100/100 DirectContractors.sg. AMAZING AMAZING JOB. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! #qinomagic

One with the best carpentry work DC delivered their service well given the many challenges that we presented to them such as time and having to work with us still living in the house. They managed to blend the carpentry works with the current furnishings. Paint job was clean and seamless. I am thankful for the efficient Project Manager, Mr. Fikri whom coordinated the works and made sure all is delivered as promised. Unfortunately, he passed on and we were deeply saddened by his sudden demise. He was responsible up to the last day of the project which was the day he left us and left a lasting impact for himself and Direct Contractor. Thank you.

Engaged DCSG for makeover of our 5 room flat. Dedicated and professional team headed by Qin who was transparent from the get go in terms of the quotation of the renovation, to day 1 of hacking all the way up to handing over of the house. Showed him our ideas, and the feedback we got and tweaking of the design from Qin and his team just shows how experienced they are at what they do. All in all, a very stress-free renovation journey for our new home. Highly recommended to engage them for your future projects. Many thanks to Qin, Sheryl, Bulbul and the late Fikri. Thank you for creating a beautiful home, enabling my family to create beautiful memories. Let the pictures show what their team is all about.

Review Direct Contractor First and foremost, my family and I would like to extend out most heartfelt thanks to Yan from Direct Contractors. Namely for making our home a much more comfy and warmer place to stay than it already is! We decided to have our home a minor makeover and amongst all the other 9 IDs we contacted, DIRECT CONTRACTOR won being the most affordable and economical! Their prices were really attractive which made them stood up above the rest! I purposely made this review a bit later so I could really be sure they did a good job. Definitely no complaints! Everything was done meticulously! Kudos Direct Contractors! What Yan quoted me from day 1 is what we paid at the end. No top-ups no hidden cost which I'm very sure is what every client wants. What makes them different is that they HAVE manpower! No lacking of workers as we've witnessed first-hand. Each worker skilled enough to do their own areas so the job ends soo much faster! The thing that impressed us was how they measured and fitted everything to perfection. Errors and miscalculations was almost a zero! The time they took for our reno really was minimal. We did not wait long. There were no frustrations whatsoever on our part. In fact we were pleasantly surprised at the total time they took to complete. We felt really at ease during the whole process seeing how quickly our reno fell into place. Amazed at how fast our home became lovelier! Lastly, we would gladly recommend Direct Contractors to anyone who's thinking of renovating. Again thank you Yan and colleagues from Direct Contractors. Our whole family appreciate all of your hard work!

Engage Direct Contractor for a simple job of replacing existing Laminate on my Wardrobe Backing and Island. Contact person Yen was very knowledgeable in answering my queries. He even sent a few samples of my chosen laminates for my viewing. He also described in details how the work will be conducted and the duration required. Installer Muru was very precise and attentive to details during the installation of the laminates. His workmanship is very good and he ensure the laminates was installed properly. He even explained to me what he did. He also did proper housekeeping after every work.

My brother had engaged this company before to do a major renovation. He was handled by Mr Surean which had quoted him a reasonable price, and end result was superb! The quality of the construction work was fantastic 👍! Lately, I have budget to paint my house's ceiling at the very last minute (a few days before Hari Raya) due to some aircon problems (causing the ceiling to be very mouldy) and I contacted Mr Surean. Mr Surean quoted me a very reasonable price which no contractor would give. He said he was willing to help me and accepted the job sincerely (though it was only a small paint work job) and send his painters two days later to my house. Everything is settled within half a day. Kudos to Mr Surean and his company for the help! Mr Surean is very fast, helpful & responsive. I WILL recommend this company to my friend! 👍👍👍👍👍
