They did thorough cleaning with drain tray and blower fan removed for cleaning. Drain pipes were vacuum clean.

By far the best experience in my last 8 years of hiring diff aircon servicing people. 1. good sense of spatial awareness, knowing how to move around without bumping blower units onto my walls or corners or doors etc. Constantly mindful of where they rested their soiled hands and dirty tools, never on the wall or even window ledge, which I really appreciate. 2. inevitably messes up the toilet (mine was chemical wash) but reset it back almost to original state, which was really impressive. 3. very meticulous and seasoned methodology. e.g. mine's an old flat so the water pressure of shower is weak. And they brought their own garden hose (to connect) that yields higher pressure, and using a strong water jet on stubborn grim (prev experience with other servicing companies was just the cleaners complaining that my water hose pressure too weak so they cldn't clean the blower units properly), so kudos to this team!

These people are really good. Previously I was stuck with an aircon servicer that: - was always late - always wanted me to do chemical servicing - left a mess after servicing I think I’m so unused to actual good service that I was surprised at how forthcoming and honest Winston and his team was. Really no fuss and went above and beyond to give me advice on my CU even if eventually we didn’t engage him to fix my CU. The general servicing quality is speedy, professional and VERY well done. Immediately signed a contract cause it’s really rare to find guys like these. Highly recommend.

The aircon technicians is very friendly and knowledgeable! Technician Kyaw and Ganesan teaches me how to simply clean my aircon filters too! Will definitely engage their service again!

Excellent experience with them! Recommended by my friend and I contacted Globe Fresh for aircon installation on Monday, and they were able to install it on Wednesday. Very prompt services and responsiveness. Winston was a great liaison point. The 2 technicians (Kit and Khaw)were very kind to go the extra mile to help clean up my place as my dad is old and I’m overseas at the point. I was very impressed with the service! I’d definitely recommend Globe Fresh and use them for future aircon maintenance.
