Had tried their services a few times. They are slow on respond on WhatsApp and may cancel your order at very last minute. Had been patiently communicating with them on their last min change of my booked dates. But now it frustrated me as I had booked 3 services with them in advance and they cancelled on me for another customer which wanted to engage their weekly services. They do not keep promises on their job order

Moe Moe maintains an excellent record of punctuality. She consistently arrives on time and demonstrates a disciplined, hardworking approach to her responsibilities. Her ability to organize her tasks effectively ensures that she utilizes her scheduled time productively. She is notably adaptable. She is willing to listen to advice and implement feedback into her routine. While her work ethic is strong, her cleaning quality is currently rated as moderate. Very happy with my first experience hiring a cleaner via Helian Services. The assigned cleaner, San San, was punctual and cleaned the house very well. I only had to tell her what chores needed to be done and she completed all of them in a timely fashion. She was efficient and thoughtful in her cleaning sequence e.g. cleaning only one toilet at a time so that one was always available for use. She also went the extra mile, carefully making the bed so it looked very neat and nice - like a hotel bed!

This one star is for the helper who came for 4 hours to help me last week. She was experienced and quick and punctual. I would have given no stars at all if not for her. The service crew on WhatsApp was slow to reply even on the first request checking for quotes and practically ghosted on me after that one session and didn't reply nor confirm my next appointment request for 5 days even after having read the messages (blue tick). I find this unacceptable for a helper service centre when I need to know urgently if anyone will come by after my surgery to help with chores.

    Response from the business

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the helper assigned to you and that she was experienced, punctual, and efficient during the cleaning session. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the delay in our WhatsApp responses and for the frustration caused by the lack of timely communication regarding your follow-up appointment request. We understand that, especially during your recovery period after surgery, prompt updates and confirmation are important. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally to help us improve our response times and customer communication. We regret any inconvenience and uncertainty this may have caused. We wish you a smooth recovery and thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Best regards, Helian Services (Pte.) Ltd.
