We have Zin come to our apartment every second Friday and have done for the last 6 months From the very first visit, Zin has done an extremely professional and great job. She never stops!!!! Every time she leaves, it is lovely knowing that every room has been cleaned to a 5* level and we can't thank her enough!!!

A man who died aged 69 after falling from a condominium unit had stood on a window ledge to clean a spot on the exterior of the window, a coroner's court heard on Tuesday (Aug 29). Mr Richard Pang Yuk Kwei had been deployed with a team of cleaners from Home Cleanz Cleaning and Laundry Services to clean a vacated unit at Hilltops Condominium at 99 Cairnhill Circle on Nov 26, 2022.

Never to engage them, unprofessional conduct. During removal and installation, few of the roller rings (pvc type) were broken, the workers didn't bother and fixed the curtains with alternating few rollers. I had to remove the curtains again (2.5m ceiling) and replaced the missing rings. Then there were also 5 other entire rollers and the end securing part completely missing. As these rollers for curved railings are difficult to get, I contacted the person in charge and he promised to replace the missing rollers. After 3 weeks of reminders, now he does not reply to sms or picks up the calls. Total amouht spent on dry cleaning service was $820 but now I am.left with dropoing curtain. Do not engage such contractors who are not professional.

I have to say the cleaners are good but the administration services is the one that provides very bad services. I have been using them and they always change the timing as they one and put the blamed to another customer.

Swift response from Home Cleanz after submitting enquires. Was glad that supervisor David and his team arrived punctually the next day. Very impressed with the hard work and effort they put in cleaning the windows as my son even asked me why were the glass panels suddenly so clean! 😂 I had engaged a few cleaning companies before and I must say Home Cleanz is definitely one of the few top notch cleaning co I’ve came across. Will recommend Home Cleanz as communication with them is fuss free not forgetting their accounts Doris is also a very nice and friendly lady.

This is our second time enlisting home cleanz to clean our apartment and we are very very satisfied with their crew. Under the detailed supervisory of David a wonderful Myanmar guy, his team of Men: Ah Siong, mr. Wah, Hien, I’m afraid can’t recall all their names, I feel really grateful to have had them clean my apartment which is now spick and span perfect.The two men (Ismail and a Shy Myanmar boy ZayYarWin) enlisted to steam clean our curtains and mattress also did an amazingly thorough job and I am truly happy today. I will definitely use Home Cleanz again whenever I need my house cleansed. Thank you david! Thank you Home Cleanz!

So happy with the service! They took on a tough outdoor stain removal job no other company wanted to take on. They did a site inspection ahead. On the day, they arrived as a full team and even worked under the rain! So professional and effective! Would definitely use them again and recommend!

The cleaning was fine, cleaners did their job well. However, we had an unpleasant episode with the salesperson Joseph and his manager William. When we first contacted Homecleanz, we had already stated that we required someone to help us in removing adhesive left by solar film on some windows. During the site visit, we also told Joseph in person. Thereafter, he sent us a quote and we accepted it. However, yesterday, Joseph said the quote he had given us didnt include removal of adhesive and we could choose either to top up or his workers can abort the task with no charge. His manager William also proposed the same solutions. We found it unreasonable that we had to pay extra as we had already mentioned twice that we required the additional service and it should have been included in the quote. The other proposal was simply irresponsible as we had already made post-cleaning arrangements for our furniture and appliances to be delivered tomorrow, and it wouldn't be possible for us to find another cleaning service provider within such a short notice! Eventually William gave in to our request and arranged for the adhesive to be removed. However, both he and Joseph didnt seem to realise what the core issue was - that Joseph had neglected to include our request into the quotation and we shouldn't be held responsible for that. As a result, what was supposed to be a fairly simple and pleasant experience became that of the opposite , and left us with a bad impression on how your company handles customers.

Take over a unit. Hire them was wrong. Clean like never clean. Pay such a high amount might as well i clean myself...

Not sure how HomeCleanz managed to score some poor reviews, but I personally was absolutely amazed by the cleaning standards, customer service and the staff in general. We booked them to clean our windows and glass panels in the entire flat as we live in a contemporary style loft (super high windows). Staff arrived within the given time slot, very polite and quiet (no chit-chatting, no phone calling ....). They also were very considerate of my baby and delayed the vacuum cleaning till my son woke up from his nap. The job was done with care and the main guy also walked me through each room and balcony asking if I am happy with everything before they left. I would highly recommend this company. Funny enough it is the first time (since moving to singapore) i came across such a hard working team. Thank you again!

Avoid this cleaning company. I would give zero stars if there was such an option. I had asked for a quotation and informed them I needed the cleaning done by the next week. They claimed to have noted this, but proceeded to drag their feet and send someone down to the site to prepare the quotation only 3 days after, and this only after I called to chase them. Even then, the quotation was delayed and only arrived after I called to chase again. Eventually when the quotation arrived, it was significantly marked up from the quotation they had provided 1.5 years back. When I queried them about this, they then adjusted the price downwards, which suggests to me that they quote not based on work required but with the goal of maximising profits. The icing on the cake? When they told me they were not able to provide cleaning services for the week as "they were busy", even though I had made clear from the start that the assignment was time-sensitive. Please, do yourself a favour and look for another cleaning provider.

Poor and horrendous experience. So not worth the money I paid. Please take heed and NOT approach this service. 1. The cleaners arrived late. They were scheduled to arrive at 2, ending at 7. So we paid over 800 dollars for them to spring clean our Executive HDB flat, 5 rms 2 halls for min 5hours. They arrived at 4pm but left punctually at 7. 2. Leaving early is ok if they have finished their work but the cleaning done was superficial and not thorough, merely cleaning dust off tabletops or shelves. The dirt on the tiles in my kitchen and toilet remains. I assume the photos and reviews have been faked or a one time thing. 3. When they were cleaning the toilet, they merely hosed down the drawers and caused flooding in them. It came up to 1/3 of the drawers. Wood and water does not mix well. That resulted in a lot of repair works on our part. It's incredibly inconsiderate and demonstrates how poor and minimal professional experience this company has. 4. The quote given by this sales supervisor "William Wong" stated that it will include the cleaning of doors. Yet when it was time for inspection, my doors all had a lot of blue tacks and scotchtape. When asked the supervisor to look into it, he did it with such a disapproving look, as though we were at fault. I wanted to call them up to redo the service for free since it was such a poor job done but my mother was simply traumatised by the experience with the soaked drawers so she didn't want them to come back. Speaks of how bad the cleaning was. Deplorable service.

I had signed up for home cleaning (spring cleaning). They came for an inspection, and assured me that its professional services and cleaning done by professionally trained people. The charges $ 550. One they arrived late, second their buckets and cleaning cloths were extremely dirty (and I wondered, its the same in India, so whats the big difference). The differenece is that in India I pay 100 $ for a full day and here 550 for 4 hrs! . Then the cleaning began. Bad job with bathrooms...the marks o the tiles remain and the dirty bathroom doors just the same. I asked the supervisor (who by the way was absent for the first hour of the cleaning!) to abort the cleaning and go back. Very disappointing especially after the tall claims of professionalism

Had a 1 time spring cleaning session done by HomeCleanz and I must say it was worth every cent spent. Their team of about 5 guys came and went about every nook and corner of the house. It was awesome to see the place all spick and span after such a long time of not doing any housekeeping myself. Will definitely sign up for their weekly housekeeping package after this. Keep it up Homecleanz!

I found their service very poor. Caused my family and me a lot of stress because of their poor service. Found them to be the worst of all cleaners we encountered in Singapore.
