I engaged Gabin and his team for all the electrical work in my new BTO, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of work they delivered. Gabin was always prompt in his replies and professional. He was very helpful and assisted me with any problems or questions I had. His team of electricians, especially the electrician in charge with whom we liaised in our home, was a friendly face we really appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure that the electrical work was done well, and the results were outstanding. They left the work area clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Gabin and his team for any electrical needs you may have. Their professionalism and knowledge are truly commendable. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Had LED light install on my tv. Very professional and knowledgeable on where to put the LED, voltage and cons of china plug. Taught me many things on electric and prolong life of lights and tv. Affordable and worth the $! Gonna choose my lamp and have it install by him again soon. Cheersπ

Engaged this team for some replacements of my old HDB light fittings and kitchen lights. The bulb socket and power points are replaced too! Overall job well done and will definitely engage their services for my new apartment. Team was on time and efficient but I had to clean up the tiny bits of dust and trash by myself as I have an OCD issue. Thank you very much!!!

My ID engaged them to do the electrical works for my home. Their workmanship was below expectation with a premium pricetag which was 50% above my other quote. Thinking they will professional I engaged them with a premium. 3 trips and they still can forget to install a set of toilet light and power socket for the toilet. I admit my switches are from china. But i checked every single item i purchased before handing over. They handle the items too rough and damage the items and say my stuff are lousy. I could even rectify the problem myself after looking into what was the core issue. Their plastering and finishing is horrible and there is no forwardthinking for the customer. Even my fan led light wasnt fixed into the fan was just left hanging with the cover over it. Lol i dunno what to say. Had to complain to my ID 3 to 4 times and they kept rescheduling and still did a bad job. Zzzz Overall, use them at ur own risk or you can micro manage them. Because not their house they dont care. I overheard the worker dont even know why they did their work in that way and was in a confusion. Lol

I have engaged Eugene the project manager who is handling my house, he is very passionate and knowledgeable with all my doubts and enquires. Throughout my entire resale house rewiring electrical work with Ideal Team3, They are very capable of what they are doing, at the same time giving me the handover date that I requested and they hold up the promises without any delayed! Their work ethics are very excellent on point and well skilled electrician. Pricing was quoted gratefully reasonable and attractive for keeping within my budget on my entire renovation.
