⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Kleepers, and a special thanks to Eve for her excellent service. She was punctual, professional, and very friendly throughout the cleaning session. The bathrooms were cleaned exceptionally well and looked spotless after she was done. We were also very impressed with how clean and streak-free the windows turned out, which really made a noticeable difference to the overall appearance of our home. Eve was thorough, hardworking, and paid attention to the little details to ensure everything was cleaned to a high standard. We truly appreciate her dedication and positive attitude. Thank you, Eve, for the fantastic job! We highly recommend Kleepers and will definitely use their services again.

I’m very satisfied with their cleaning services. The cleaners are efficient, thorough, and exceed my expectations. They do an excellent job ensuring everything is spotless, neat, and well-organized. I’ve worked with several cleaners, including Saw, Mu Lan and Sunny and all of them have been extremely professional. I’d especially like to commend ML, who often goes the extra mile to thoughtfully organize my items during cleaning, making the space more efficient and making my house look more spacious! I also like the online booking system. Simple and clear. Thank you so much!

Engaged Kleepers to do house cleaning regularly. Honestly speaking, the helper assigned to me did a good job. Initially booking of the slots and the same helper was easy as I was a new customer so the admin staff was very helpful to help me book the first few sessions. I do not understand their system of booking. After a few sessions of cleaning, it was almost impossible to book a slot for cleaning, not to mention to request for the same cleaner every week as I did not want to go through the hassle of repeating my cleaning routine to the new cleaner every week. When I raised my frustration of difficulty in getting slots (credits were bought before booking can be done), I was told to get a booking for a weekly cleaning session with the same cleaner, I must buy credits which amounted to around $2000 and must be a 4 hour cleaning session. I had stopped using Kleepers. I would say for those who just need a one off cleaning session, Kleepers will work for them. But if yoy need weekly cleaning, then better think twice. This is an update of my review as I happened to read the reply from Kleepers today. I did not mistake your company for another. I was spoken to by a male staff who was supposedly to be from the management. He clearly mentioned about purchasing credits amounting about $2k inorder to secure a permanent slot with tge same cleaner weekly. Long story short, in the end I was refunded the remaining credits I had with Kleepers as I found such practice unfair.

I engaged Kleepers for 4 hours general cleaning. Support via WhatsApp was good and their website was user friendly for a first time customer. Susan arrived punctually and was meticulous in her cleaning. She was pleasant and clarified on areas to clean at beginning of session. She took initiative to wipe down kitchen cabinets though not mentioned to her. Would like to engage her cleaning services again.

Have engaged several different cleaning companies before. Kleepers is responsive and tries their best to understand and make arrangements. We have been engaging Kleepers for the past year. Regular helpers Sunny & Wai Wai did good work to coordinate to complete cleaning together. They are always polite and focus in their tasks even though at times children are at home. I would like to mention Moe Moe & Mu Lan for the last visit cleaning. Even though they are not the regular helpers that come, they try to understand the needs through communications. The final cleaning is thorough and within timing. Thank you Kleepers

First time engaging Kleepers after hearing some positive reviews from friends. Was extremely pleased with the work Ms Wai Wai has done. She is meticulous and after completing all the work that I’ve told her to do within the 4 hrs, she was pro-active to suggest cleaning one additional item since there was still 10 to 15 mins left.

Kleepers has been such a blessing - have been engaging them for a few years now and their service level remains high. Tin Tin and Saw are my favourites - they are friendly and do their magic quickly, quietly and carefully, and give me good suggestions on cleaning tools and agents when asked. The service level is definitely worth their pricing!

I had used Kleepers previously for my post-renovation clean-up and recently hired their services again for general cleaning. Nisa who handles customer service is prompt, patient and helpful in her replies via whatsapp. Booking was also done easily via their user-friendly website. I was assigned helper Moe Moe, and on the day of the cleaning, she arrived punctually. She understood the cleaning instructions quickly, and got to work on the tasks efficiently and thoroughly. I am very happy with Kleepers’ services and will highly recommend them to anyone! :)

Kleepers are a great company, and I highly recommend them. They are always professional, both the cleaners and the admin team. Our usual cleaner Saw is always excellent and highly competent. We also had Thea in recently who was also excellent. She was pleasant, and competent and efficient. All the tasks she performed was to a very good standard!

Had a move out cleanup and the house was surprisingly dirty after moving everything out, even though I kept it clean up to before the move. Tin tin, one of the cleaners, really worked hard to make sure everything was pristine. Night and day situation.

Great online platform where I could check for available slots even at short notice. Managed to book cleaning the following day for a large 2000 sq ft area at reasonable price. Customer service staff Nisa was very prompt in following up with my booking. 3 cleaners ( Eve, JJ and Nini) were professional and worked well together. Liked thst they checked what we wanted to prioritise on and adjusted accordingly.

I like to commend Nisa on her professionalism! I bought 2 spring cleaning packages for my own house and my mum. With 2 separate dates, time and addresses, other companies would often get information mixed up. But not Nisa. She’s really on top of things! Recently I completed one cleaning for my house. I would like to commend customer service representative Nisa! Due to repeated delays in my home renovation, the cleaning schedule had to be adjusted multiple times. She patiently assisted me with each rescheduling and demonstrated great professionalism and competence, which left me very impressed and satisfied. The first time I engaged Kleepers was after my HIP (Home improvement Programme). The service was very impressive as the staff are very professional and efficient. Subsequently I used the service, and each time I was always happy with the results. I engaged Kleepers for a "4-hour Spring cleaning" and I am glad that I chose Kleepers. Good customer service: I wanted to postpone my initial appointment. The customer service person was friendly and patiently helped me to select a new appointment. Cleaner: The cleaner, Ms. Sandra, arrived 15 minutes early. She worked non-stop for 4 hours without any breaks or slowing down and she completed the list of tasks I wanted to cover.

Found them online, booked a One Time General Cleaning. Prompt replies, clear communications. Their one-time $24/hr rate for new customers was the best deal I could find, and it was really worth it! They did not skimp or cut corners, and the cleaners Nini & Susan were punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. I recommend Kleepers highly, will definitely engage them in future 👍

My assigned professional helper, Tin Tin is so thorough and meticulous in doing her job, especially cleaning the glass windows and doors, they are so sparkling clean and shining. The tenant engaged them upon moving out but didn't provide the proper equipment for them to clean the house properly. I called them because the house felt dirty and dusty despite having been cleaned. The person I spoke to explained the situation and very kindly offered to send someone down again out of goodwill and this time, I had to supply the equipment which was not a problem. They did a fantastic job and the house felt so clean after. Will definitely engage them again.

JJ was assigned to clean my house. She was focused and quick doing the tasks. She was able to clean 4 wall fans and 1 standing + 2 small bathrooms in like 3 1/2 hours. She's quite thorough in cleaning. Happy & satisfied customer. Highly recommended!

Kleepers provides excellent customer service before and after the booking. They're attentive and helpful. The cleaning staff are well trained and also speak English very well. It is easy to communicate and relate instructions. My assigned helper, Kay is friendly and easy to talk to. Kay is very thorough and experienced in her job. She needs little instruction and no supervision. She performed the most difficult tasks with ease and speed. I would have taken a few hours for the same task, but she surprised me by finishing it in less than 2 hours.

This was myy first time using Kleepers service. It was satisfactory, Moe Moe was assigned to cleaned our home who did it thoroughly and quite fast as well. I have already signed up for regular cleaning with them!
