Visited the store 2 times. Although there was language barrier the staff were nice and patience in dealing with us. Manage to get lights for my new house and she even help me save cost by asking me to join as member. The staff even help me to schedule an earlier delivery date so that I can have my lights as soon as possible.

The service was unsatisfactory. The wrong bulb color was provided during installation. When we informed the staff, they told us to exchange it for the correct color. However, upon arriving to exchange, we were told the correct bulb was out of stock.
This was a wasted trip—they should have checked the stock availability before sending us over. Poor communication and inefficiency caused unnecessary inconvenience.
