   Booked Yong Li for ceiling light installation based on their photos. The guy on the ladder was drilling straight into the ceiling without checking for concealed wiring first. Hit a cable and tripped the whole flat. Then patched the ceiling badly and left. Had to get another electrician to trace and fix the damaged wire inside the slab. No basic checks before drilling.

   Bought 4 KDK fan from Hoe Kee for apartment renovation. The electricians hired by the ID didn’t install the fans safely. One fan’s alignment was tilted and the electricians took more than an hour but still couldn’t rectify it. Contacted Miao Ting and within the week, her staff came and safely installed all the fans and aligned them so that they all are aesthetically pleasing to look at. 4 fans within an hour.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This company is a hidden gem. To call them the best electrical company I have worked with is an understatement. They are professional, reliable and truly a lifesaver for me. I first came across them as the official installers for KDK fans, and it immediately gave me confidence in their reputation. From my very first call, I was warmly assisted by Miao Ting, who is friendly, patient and genuinely caring. It is rare to see a business owner so hands on, and that made all the difference. Her team of electricians is just as impressive. Ruben stood out with his patience, clear explanations and excellent workmanship. He even took care to protect my cabinets before drilling, which really showed his professionalism. Siththarselvam and the rest of the team were equally dependable and skilled. This is a remarkable team I am truly grateful for, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, skilled and caring electricians you can trust.

   I wanted to buy & install some ceiling fans & was referred to contact this company to arrange site visit to discuss the technical issues before I decided what to get. Spoke with Ms Miao Ting, a friendly & helpful lady & I was shocked to have found out later that she is actually founder of the company!…as normally the boss is not that hands on 🤓 On day of site visit, I met Mr Palani & Mr Rubel, and the latter was able to pen down my job requests & the charges without even looking at any price list! On actual days of work, the team made sure all areas were covered with plastics & they were fast & efficient too! Mr Palani is a very skillful electrician who always puts on a smile & also very accommodating towards my request. As there were some last minute requests that I didn’t get a chance to shop for some lights & accessories, Mr Rubel went to their supplier & even called/texted to confirm with me before he made the purchase. Great effort! Asked where they are from & where they stay, they shared happily that they have been with the company for many years & their employer treats them very well which I truly respect as I have been hearing so many sad stories of how foreign workers have been badly treated by their employers. Thank you to Ms Miao Ting & Team 🙏
