Wanted to give 5 stars as the work itself went smoothly. However, this is the second time I’ve experienced an issue with the company technicians’ basic courtesy. They also arrived late. One technician climbed onto my platform bed to close the window without first asking for my permission. Thankfully, I managed to stop him before he went further. This is not acceptable. During a previous visit, a different team had also acted carelessly and almost damaged my window. I understand they may have been trying to complete the job, but this is still someone’s home and personal space. Technicians should always ask for permission before stepping onto a bed or any personal furniture. The company should also ensure that its technicians receive proper basic courtesy training, especially when working in customers’ homes. This came across as rude and disrespectful, and it unfortunately affected the overall experience.

Spoilt my parquet floor with their chemicals. Stains are droplets all over my house parquet and one 30 x 30cm black stain. One worker used a screw to attempt to remove the stain. Entire area is scratched. Please consider the technical expertise and professionals. To date, no response from their higher ups. Update: Got back to me and will remediate using my contractor of choice or theirs. Will see.
