I have arranged to do chemical overhaul for my aircon but they said have to check first before and came for checking and told we need to change the air con instead, told us around 2k. We paid for onsite checking only. Have arranged another aircon service and did the chemical overhaul, our air con is not cold again. Not sure the guy didn't want to do the job or what. Just said can not and went back without doing anything.

Wanted to do a normal air-con servicing as the coolness was down. The technician checked and told us we needed to top up the gas, condenser was overheated and we have to replace parts. So a $55 servicing came up to $780. The technician’s English wasn’t the best so we couldn’t really understand a lot of the terms and we weren’t sure if we were being overcharged or not and decided to just proceed anyway as we didn’t have time to get a second opinion. Based on the invoice, we were charged $380 to “revacuum system”. The servicing was quick, but the walls were left dirty after the servicing and wasn’t cleaned. So overall, was okay. Not sure if we were overcharged as I still do not really understand what’s the issue and what exactly was fixed. Quick response by the admin staff and invoice was also given immediately.

Fast response and immediate schedule on actual day..did chemical wash for 3 units and compressor and gas top up..all in all.. Cleaning was throughly and efficient and fast. Will return if give discount for returning customers.. 😅 Service aircon is not cheap these days..
