Absolutely terrible experience. Aircon tech was very late. The appointment was supposed to 9-10am but he said he could only reach at 9.50am because of traffic delays at the customs as he was coming from Malaysia. The service staff later said that 9-10am means the tech could only arrive between that timing - it doesn't mean that the tech will reach at 9am. Then I scheduled for the next day 9am again and the service staff told me that the tech may not be on time again due to traffic jams at the customs. To me, it sounds like the company can't manage their own staff to be on time and would expect me to be ok with it if they were to be late again. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially in a market where it is competitive. if you value your time and want reliable service, look elsewhere.

Have been tirelessly messaging this company asking for a receipt for the service they provided. A simple request and for something that most, if not all, tenants require. The company keeps fobbing me off. In addition, the service was done so quickly, and I have noticed that one air conditioning unit is still aggravating my allergies. Disappointed.
