   Excellent service . They rescued my 14 year old Air con in my last flat which another company told me need to change . I've been with them over 7 years and will recommend to anyone !! 🙏🏻

   This company was recommended by a friend. The first time, I hired them to clean all the indoor. Two guys came and vacuumed/washed the evaporator coils etc. Told them the units didn’t feel cold enough but they said nothing was wrong after running all the units for 30 minutes. Decided to get this company to clean and check the outdoor units. Another two guys came a week later with only a new tank of refrigerant, no vacuum cleaner whatsoever. They said they cannot wash the units and proceeded to blow the units with the refrigerant (how wasteful). They were not willing to measure the gas pressure and top up refrigerant yet they used the gas to blow dust away. Once again, I told them the units don’t feel cold enough and wonder if there’s enough refrigerant. Without objectively measuring with a gauge, they said it should be fine. I was not pleased with that response. They decided to switch on all the indoor units and discovered that one unit was not cold at all because the valve was broken. They replaced it. All in all, I spent $517 and I still feel the air conditioning is not cold enough. I just have to get a thermometer and another company to measure the refrigerant.

   very very bad workmanship and service! got them to install new units but end up 2 months later drip and flood so much water into the room but they cannot trace or rectify the problem! came back nearly ten times but each time the flood issue is worse as the rainy weather gets more frequent! never experienced such bad installation in my life!

   My home aircon units was serviced by Ah Wei and I was very impressed by his troubleshooting skills. My home aircon units were not cooling individually, and it was found that at installation, the wires and tubings were connected to the wrong aircon units. He was very quick in rectifying the issue despite the fact that he needed to climb to an inconvenient location where the compressors were. Thanks very much nation cool and for Ah Wei's services!

   Engaged them last Thursday 16 June. Told the technician that something was wrong with my bedroom unit that it could stop operating by itself and blink non stop. He claimed that probably was caused by other bedrooms using it at the same time. Duh? Then he said could be gas leaking. He checked and said only leaked by a little so it wasn’t an issue and will fix for me. The whole process cost me more than $100. In the wee hours of 22 June, the problem happened again. Three times every few hours. I had to switch off and switch on again but after a while, it stopped operating again, so was the unit fixed? I reckon not. Emailed the company at 2am, no response by 4pm. I emailed again. Still no response. When I engaged them earlier, they could reply my email within hours. Now they ghosted my requests and queries. Refund or come and have a look again. Don’t recommend.
