   Called them urgently to troubleshoot electricity tripping at home. Response from customer service was suoer prompt,even at 9 plus at night. After hearing my issue, she contacted company electrician and Richard arrived within 15 min. He troubleshooting and explanation of the diagnosis process was clear, and attitude was super good. Issue solved within a short time and very reasonable cost. Recommended to get this company so u wont get the feeling u r being ripped off. Thumbs up for prompt service and honest delivery.

   Very helpful people in Pentec. It was in the middle of the night, after 1am. Suddenly there was a blackout in my home even though nothing went wrong. The moment I contacted Pentec, their guys immediately informed me that they were on their way to my place. They were very friendly and explained to me to understand the issue. They get things well done for me completely. Thanks for their help. I will recommend them for anyone who needs help.
