The teams they've sent for the past 1.5 years have been okay/good, except for today's -- used my shampoo to wash the AC parts without telling me first, I only found out when I went into the hallway and the shampoo scent was overpowering. Please advise your employees to avoid using residents' shampoos to wash AC, thanks.

Engaged Perfect Cool for new air con installation.They did a superb job.installed with upgraded materials and piping no additional add on cost for installation too.Recommended them to my MIL and they engaged them as well for their existing a/c repiping & trunking so far so good .thank for yr good work!

They cleaned every unit inside out, even the inner coil, and ensured the aircon was cold before leaving. Gave great maintenance advice too. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing aircon and engaging for their installation service.Their manager Sam came down to survey my house and explained how the pipe layout. Their technician Kumar and Raj are so professional and experienced.Their workmanship is neat and excellent,they even cleared up the place after installation. I will definitely recommend my friends for their installation of aircon.

Worst aircon company ever. Never encountered such terrible aircon servicing. Whacked the aircon filter on the bathroom floor, water leakage less than 3 months and rattling sounds in the aircon unit after every servicing. Really nice fanciful reasons given to each problem that occurred.

Watch out. These guys will distort & withhold the truth from you depending on who has the deepest pockets. The AC technician told us our units are in very bad condition and will affect the health of my young children so need to be serviced. Then the landlord and their agent stepped in, telling the AC guys to change their review as they didn’t want the cost and responsibility of those repairs. So they avoid my messages and finally come back with ‘it’s very used condition but still functional so can be left as is and we can’t comment on health matters’.
