My first experience with Robin Yeo from Proseal was somewhere in May last year. There were signs of water seepage on the wall of my kitchen and dining room. I believe with his experience, he managed to identify the root cause. Hooray! Job done. Problem solved. This year, surprisingly May again, I faced another challenge. Water dripping from my living room false ceiling. I called Robin again asking for help. He “flew” to my place and gave me options on some engineering work that may need to be done. Yet again, problem solved. I am happy to have known Robin. His good hearted nature and always smiling ease my stressful mind. Thank you Robin Yeo. Thank you Proseal.

Worked with Jerald and the Proseal team on two separate jobs now (roof leak repairs + gutter maintenance, and later exterior wall sealing / restoration works), and I’ve been consistently impressed. What I appreciated most was not just the workmanship, but the way they handled the whole process. Jerald was patient with all my questions, transparent about what did and didn’t need doing, flexible with scheduling, and never pushy. There were a few occasions where they were pragmatic and accommodating with the scope of works, which I really appreciated. The team documented the work thoroughly with photos, communicated clearly throughout, and when there were small issues (like paint matching), they proactively offered to come back and make it right. Special mention to the workers and site team as well - professional, courteous, and left the place in great condition. Good workmanship is common. Good workmanship combined with honesty, responsiveness and genuine customer care is much rarer. Would happily use Proseal again and recommend Jerald to friends and family.

I engaged Robin Yeo for multiple repair and installation works, and the entire experience was smooth, reliable, and professional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled every task with skill and care. Communication was clear throughout, and they took the initiative to provide solutions instead of just completing tasks mechanically. Quality of workmanship is solid, prices are reasonable for the service delivered, and they kept the work area clean after completion. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both responsive and responsible they delivered what was promised without delay or excuses. Definitely a trusted partner, and we will continue to engage Robin for future projects. Highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship and completed according to schedule. Robin Yeo was the point of contact for this matter - we needed to repair and waterproof the entire roof. Robin was very responsive throughout the consultation process as well as during the actual work. His team was also quick to reply with revised quotes when we needed clarification. This responsiveness was why we engaged Robin and his team, as we had very poor experiences with other roof repair contractors. Robin's workers were efficient and they left the roof and affected rooms clean and tidy upon completion of the work. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Have also included a picture showing how the workers took care to protect our furniture. Highly recommend Robin and his team.

Michael (Proseal) came by and conducted a site survey for an external wall of my apartment HDB that was leaking into my master bedroom. He dutifully advised that he was not able to work on my problem due to HDB permit requirements and left. However, he returned shortly within 15 mins with the approved HDB contractor he bumped into while returning to his vehicle. And brought them up to my unit and even explain what was needed to waterproof by the HDB contractor to rectify the seepage into my MBR. Thanks, Michael for the fantastic customer service even when I was not a client and being so helpful. My family and I are truly appreciative of your help. *BTW the HDB contractor did rectify the problem ;)

Robin the project coordinator was professional and helpful in overseeing the repairs. It was highly commendable that he was respectful and not pushy in his interaction. He was responsive and polite in handling queries on rectification work. The staff Suda and Selim were also professional in both their behaviour and work and did rectification works without complaint when an area was not done well. When Proseal returned to do some further work a week plus later, the workers, Haque and Krishnan were professional, helpful and polite. All in all, the company has committed and professional staff who are willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!

It can't get any better than this. The team at Proseal is very professional and approachable. The company has consistently provided us friendly and good services with waterproofing needs. Our terrace' skylight as well as our water trough on the roof were "ProSealed" by them. If you read my reviews on my vendors, you will know that I tell it as it is. Highly recommend Proseal. Feel free to email me for more details :) James
