I engaged post reno cleaning from them. On the surface, everything looks good but when I felt like something was still dirty when I opened my windows. To my surprise, they skipped the not so obvious place like the top of the window. I contacted them regarding this but they said because someone signed off after their work and it was more than 7 days, they are unable to rectify. One would have thought that as a cleaning company offering such services, they would be expected to clean all this but I guess the cleaners have found a way to ease their work. To all, just be careful and ensure you check all the places before you sign off. EDIT: Not sure where you got your 3 weeks from, the cleaning was done on 28th July and I feedback to your team on 4th August. That kind of dirt does not accumulate within 8 days. Nice try in trying to exaggerate the length days reported.

Mar Tin was very competent and professional throughout the cleaning session. I engaged 4 hours of part-time home cleaning service and she worked diligently the entire time without any slacking. She was also punctual and took the initiative to look for and use the necessary tools to complete the job effectively.One point for improvement is that the website states that homeowners only need to provide cleaning tools, while the cleaner will bring the necessary cleaning products. However, she did not bring any cleaning solutions, so we had to make do with what I had at home, which was not always suitable for the different surfaces being cleaned.Overall, I am still satisfied with Mar Tin's service and would recommend for her hard work and positive attitude.

I was recommended by my friend to engage Scrub Masters for post reno cleaning because of her previous good experiences with them. The booking was via their webpage which was easy to navigate. After the booking and payment, Scrub Masters reached out to me via whatsapp to ask if an afternoon slot was possible (because i had picked morning) - which was no problem for me. Subsequently when i enquired about adding on formaldehyde removal treatment via whatsapp, they were responsive and the add-on was quite hassle-free & was communicated to the cleaning team. The cleaning team arrived slightly earlier than scheduled and began the cleaning on time. Amy's team took care of the cleaning - there were 5 people on the team (don't be surprised if they arrive separately as the cleaning progresses). They spent approx. 3 hours cleaning my 2 bedroom place. They helped me tidy up the boxes i had laying around, they cleaned even the wifi router, they lowered my steigen rack to clean it and even checked if i needed my fridge cleaned. They got me to do one round of checks after most of the work were done before they did a last round of mop up. Amy actively checked every detail down to the minute they were packing to leave. The windows and grills that were dusty were all cleaned up, the mirrors were all wiped with no prints left on them. Every drainage cover was put on and they even cleaned the aircon units without me making any requests for it. I am really pleased, actually almost impressed with the service and would definitely be engaging them again for future couch & curtain steaming after this experience.

Don’s team (more than 8 pax?) did a great job in just over 3 hours for post reno cleaning. They were meticulous, organised and helpful, considering they had to navigate around the various installers and delivery man. Towards the end when they were already wrapping up, they even picked up whatever bits and pieces (styrofoam bits) left by the delivery. Highly recommended.
