I contacted Shieldguard for my toilet renovation. KY conducted a complimentary check on my toilets. He provided sound and professional advice for the various ways I could choose for my toilet renovation. I decided to go with the epoxy flake coating. I would like to highly commend and recommend ShieldGuard Specialist services. Nay Min was professional, patient and very helpful throughout the whole process of me trying to figure out how to address a water seepage issue at my condo balcony. He came down twice to speak with the relevant parties and was very patient and professional in trying to find out the issue. The team quoted me a very reasonable price, and got the issue fixed quickly and also cleaned up so well after. Uploading a before and after photo. I will definitely 11/10 recommend the team!!

I needed to replace my old hidden pipes because they were leaking. Jk responded quickly and did a great job identifying the issues. He and his team were able to resolve the issue promptly. While the pipes are now visible, the problem is completely fixed. I recommend giving them a call and having them take a look if you are facing the same issues.

I found JK on Carousell and am impressed by how responsive, professional and knowledgeable he was! He was thorough and accountable in assessing the leakages in my house (taking videos and explaining every detail) and patient in explaining the cause and solution for the issues to a layman like me. His team also went the extra mile to clean up my roof area and touch up with paint after the waterproofing works were done. When the rain washed away the final layer of paint, I notified JK and the situation was rectified immediately. Even post-works, JK is responsive and courteous all the time. He would surely be my go-to from now on for any waterproofing works. Highly recommend!

I was a bit skeptical initially when I came across this company. The service provided and price quoted seemed too good to be true. I decided to find out more about their service packages as well as price list and I would considered myself a meticulous person. And lo and behold, I was really surprised by their transparency and accountability, there is no hidden costs and even goodwill services provided by the team. From planning to execution, the detailed and carefully arranged timeline and management are indeed one of the top notch in the industry. Their workers are willing to work overtime to ensure the tight schedule is met. The boss is always around to ensure things are going well and executed to perfection. Seriously in this fast pace society, it is really rare to find such a company and especially the boss who really knew his stuff and is hands on! I am really glad that I overcame my initial sketicism and engaged shieldguard specialist, really no regrets and provided excellent service! Thank you Shieldguard Specialist team!!

contacted JK for my awning resealing, prompt reply, did a survey, quoted, came down for resealing and found my roof cracks and repair it along the way as well. Updated with photos of works and all these done without my physical presence. Highly recommended and trustworthy specialist.

I had engaged Shieldguard in 2 occasions or sites - one for overall waterproofing work and one for painting work. They did a great job in resolving water leakage issues and ensure proper waterproofing is done. In these work, i was attended by JK from Shieldguard. He was very responsive and responsible. He will listen to your concerns and constantly do a follow up with you even when the job is complete. His team of workers and supervisors are also experience and responsible. My end to end customer journey experience with JK of Shieldguard Specialist was excellent. Aside from being very friendly, JK did a detailed inspection and provided expert professional advice to resolve the water leakage problem in our master toilet. JK's team who handled the chemical ponding and pressure grouting were very kind and skilled as well. They also did a general clean up after completion of their work. The waterproofing works were arranged quickly and their site supervisor (Nick) was professional. They did some grouting thingy and epoxy overlay. The outcome was great.
