My aircon cleaned by your staff so poorly ! So terrible! All the dirt still left behind, such a thick layer of dust ! —I had to climb up a ladder and clean it all over again myself! Informed your staff , just told me will check ! Then nothing! WHAT ? Very bad experience!

Did chemical wash for aircons (hdb) with them on a Sunday and contacted them 3 days later about a loud humming sound from the outdoor unit. Company sent 2 guys down to check, didn’t mention about additional cost. After solving the issue, they proceeded to charge me $70 for it. Don’t aircon services companies give some sort of short-term warranty for chemical wash? At least the companies I’d engaged in the past do. I guess this company doesn’t. Called the manager/boss(?) about it and in the end he asked for at least $40 transport fee. Not wanting to argue anymore, I paid and swore never to engage them again. Service pricing is competitive, but I’d rather pay a bit more for a company with transparency and warranty for services.
