I had a problem with my air-con unit's circuit board causing it to turn on and off intermittently. Sunny not only diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately over the phone, he promptly came down to do the repair and completed the job in a flash. What a relief! Thank you very much!

Sunny has been taking care of our aircon servicing and maintenance for many years. He is also very skilled in changing, replacing and installing new aircon, when necessary. He is reliable, prompt and does a great job always!

Mr Sunny Toh is responsible, courteous, honest and has integrity. He is punctual and if he perceived that he will be late, he will inform his clients in advance. Sunny will remind his clients of impending appointments before his arrival. He will also apply to the MCST (condo management office) for permit before carrying out his tasks. Recently, our Aircon fancoil in the Living Room at Thomson Imperial Court was not able to operate with a remote control. Before engaging Mr Sunny Toh, we have contacted another aircon contractor who told us that the spare parts for Toshiba fancoil receiver is very difficult to find. So he suggested to replace a 2nd hand fancoil for S$500. We then engaged Mr Sunny Toh and he assisted us to repair the receiver for S$40! Sunny has thus helped the landlord save a whopping S$460! Mr Sunny Toh's aircon servicing rates are reasonable as well :- For normal aircon servicing, he charges S$30/fancoil. For chemical aircon servicing, he charges S$80/fancoil. For overhaul of aircon fancoil (which means chemical + taking down the fancoil), he charges S$120/fancoil. Sunny has more than 30 years experience in the aircon servicing industry. The owner Sunny was professional and extremely proficient in his service. Unlike what certain reviews have professed, I was pleasantly surprised by their affable and steadfast spirit as his workers were well-mannered and efficient in dismantling the parts and fixing them back to the original position. Furthermore, Sunny came with his wife, who is truly a dear! She not only helped clean up the messy dirt and debris from the job, she even went the extra mile to wash my toilet for me with the walls sparking clean (even better than part-time helper services). They finished cleaning my 4 air cons with prompt efficiency and effectiveness. The room smells so fresh and crisp now i could swear that it feels exactly as if the air con was newly bought. They totally broke the rating scale, I would have voted for a higher rating if I could. EXCELLENT 10/10!! :)

Doesn’t stand by their work. Recently came to install an AC and remove the old one. Had reminded them to cap the pipes of the old one and they said yes. A few weeks later noticed my wall was weeping next to the AC unit they just installed. Sent Sunny, the owner, photos only to have him deny it was him. He said put green dye into the AC unit and see if the leaking wall turned green. It did, so it’s completely linked to the AC he had just installed. After looking into the issue, pipe was never capped as he assured me he would do. He then said it wasn’t his responsibility and his job was only to remove the AC. Total denial that he had any fault in this after his green-dye test showed he was responsible. Didn’t even offer to come and at least look at the issue, which just tells you how much he stands by his work (hint: he doesn’t at all). He also subcontracts his jobs so beware of who actually will come to do your work. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. I now have a green-stained wall that needs to be completely rehacked due to shoddy worksmanship.
