   Servicing is good but beware and avoid because they don't take responsibility and don't provide after servicing support. At the end of the day, my aircon was fixed by another servicing company, and the issue was due to their carelessness. I updated him about the status of my aircon and his next action is blocking communication. All I expected was an apology, taking accountability for their carelessness during the servicing and what they wrongly advised me. To summarise, I heard about his aircon servicing. Texted him and got a reply from him to ask me to whatapp his admin to book appointment. Servicing was done and I was satisfied with the work, it was very detailed. 10 days later aircon had issue (it will turn off and on by itself at random). I tried to google based on the symptoms its showing. 1 of the possibility is that the aircon unit might not be assembled properly (loose screw/wiring). I approached the admin, she told me to approach mitsubishi agent for the repair. So I told her, you all just did the servicing and not responsible to come down to check what happened, is it never assemble back properly? I said, other aircon servicing company will come down when there is issue after their servicing. She said, aircon servicing will not spoil my aircon and this issue need agent to do replacement parts. She said she already know the problem based on experience and she asked me is it I want to waste my money? She said they can come over to check and collect the $80 checking fees, at the end I still need to approach agent for replacement parts and pay another $80 checking fees. I also texted him about his admin being unhelpful and defensive etc. I sent him our conversation screenshots. He basically repeated what his admin said to me and claimed that his admin knows that my issue is due to a parts issue. He said during servicing, they only took out the wire connected to water tray, and if there is any issue with wiring the aircon won't run in the first place. I googled and decided to engage 24hrs aircon servicing company (with very good reviews) to come down for the check. They did not find any issues with my compressor and my room aircon pcb. I told them servicing was done 10 days ago and that the wire connected to the water tray was removed. They removed the wiring and connected it back and told us to monitor again. My aircon is working fine till today as I write this review. Very confident for them to say they don't make mistakes and spoil the aircon. Very confident for them to say based on their experience, my issue need agent to do replacement parts. If I had listened and engaged mitsubishi agent, it will cost me $140 for them to come down to reconnect the wire and I have to wait for 1 week for appointment. Seems like they only know how to create video to promote themselves, claiming that other aircon companies doesn't know how to properly service aircon. In life, they need to learn how to take responsibility, to admit and apologies when they make mistakes.

   This experience was very disappointing. After servicing 3 AC units, one unit started leaking and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. While the leaking issue was eventually resolved, the smell still persists. Reached out multiple times for solutions, but our messages were ignored and there was no follow-up. To make matters worse, Noticed we were charged a higher price than what was quoted. The pricing received clearly stated that servicing 3 or more units costs $35 per unit, yet we were billed $45 per unit. This inconsistency in pricing is misleading and left us feeling overcharged. Good service doesn't end after payment. Ignoring customers when issues remain unresolved and charging differently from the quoted rates is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

   Got to know from Tik Tok, The JiaHao Way of life. He was nice throughout the message in tik Tok. Decided to try after 4 other companies of service and 1 even suggested me for changing of my piping issue but Mr Tang was awesome! He showed how air con servicing should be done when my previous 4 technician never did and can see the difference the cleanliness of it and luckily I have not done any aircon chemical service since my aircon installation in 2024. Glad Mr Tang told me no need to and no need to fork out another 500 for repiping and his service is top notch! I surely would recommend all to contact them for servicing! Awesome! Look at how they completely open to clean!!!!

   First got to know about this company via TikTok- A young chap posted about this aircon servicing company, which belongs to his dad. After reading many positive comments in the TikTok post, and since I was looking for a permanent servicing company, I decided that there was no harm in engaging them. Requested for the boss for our first servicing and was really pleasantly delighted. Boss came with one more staff, both of them split tasks and took around 2h to service 3 of my aircons. Very thorough job, boss even encouraged us to watch and educated us on every step that was done, as well as why it was done, what to expect, how to maintain, etc. We have had 4 different aircon servicing companies service us before, and this is definitely the best amongst all. Although not on time, but I guess the service really makes up for it!
