Kent remembered the many years of support we provided to X Thermal, and in turn he kindly offered a complimentary service to fix a leaking water hose. A very thoughtful and much appreciated gesture.

Servicing on my 5 unit air con at condo. Well done. And even send pictures as proof of work. And advice given on setting of aircon so it last longer. Thanks Kent.

My office engaged X Thermal for aircon servicing. The team were friendly and they always inform if the aircon condition is functioning well etc after the servicing. I normally liaised with kent, he is nice and responsible. I also engaged X Thermal for my house aircon servicing, overall the services are good and the team will keep my place clean after the servicing. Price is also reasonable. I will continue to engage them. 👍👍👍
