   I got sold a package - 3 ac units 8 times (2years) for $264. When a deal is too good to be true, it usually is. Each time they come, a sales guy will turn up trying to upsell other services - chemical wash, gas top up, etc etc. I don’t mind it I need to pay for such services, but if you’re telling me that my ac system needs this every time, it’s kinda crazy? The next thing is, they give you time slots to choose, eg from 11am to 1pm, you think it’s starting from 11am… but no, it means their flexi timing to come anytime between 11am to 1pm. The first time they came at the last minute and it caused me to be late for my next appt. The person liaising with me over WA has a visibly bad attitude. To the business owner: I’m not sure how you do business, but I doubt customer service is your strength. Avoid this company at all costs!

   I have been a customer with this company for about two years. While their general servicing is cheap and fast (typically just cleaning the filters and using suction on the drain line without dismantling the blower), my recent experience has been highly disappointing. I booked a service specifically because my air conditioner was leaking and I informed them prior to their visit. Instead of diagnosing the root cause of the leak, the technicians simply performed a standard general service. Unsurprisingly, the leak persisted. When I contacted them, they insisted that a chemical overhaul (complete dismantling and deep clean) was now necessary to resolve the issue, but they refused to deduct or waive the cost of the redundant general servicing I had just paid for. Charging a customer for a basic service that fails to address the reported issue, and then requiring full payment for an overhaul to actually fix it 2 days later is poor business practice.

   This is my second time purchasing a 1-year servicing package from this company. Previously, the customer service experience was good, which is why I chose to return. I still have 1 servicing session left. I started contacting them since Monday to arrange a time. I asked clear questions about availability. They replied once and then disappeared completely — no follow-up, no scheduling, no response at all after that. My messages were ignored. This is extremely unprofessional.

   I was recommended to Heng Tung from a friend for my aircon installation. What set them apart from the rest is their technical expertise. They gave invaluable advice regarding the trunking and drainage gradient. He clearly explained why setting the correct slope was crucial to prevent water backflow and leaks down the line—something I wouldn't have even thought about! This proactive approach shows they genuinely care about the longevity of the system and preventing future issues. The team has also ensure all holes are sealed up nicely to ensure condensation does not take place between the cold and hot air. Thanks Andy, Jimmy and your team.

   Has been engaging Heng Tung Aircon service for many years and recently had upgrade my Aircon units to 4 sets. Andy is very professional in assisting me to select Aircon unit base which is economy , reliable branding and most important energy power saving for my home. Using his expertise and experience, he did a detail assessment of how best to run the trunking and placement of the wall units in order to looks presentable blending into my overall home interior design plan. He also provide after installation service like Aircon servicing and maintenance. His package is reasonable and pricing is very competitive. Am also very impressed by his office staffs and servicing team members, coordinating and arranging his servicing team to carry out the air con services in a very efficient and professional manner. Highly recommended if you want to install new Aircon or doing periodical servicing.
