08 Aug, 5:08 PM – We received your enquiry and replied promptly, requesting a site meeting. The only information shared was that your ID had quoted about $6K.
11 Sep, 8:22 AM – We received another message from you. We again requested a site meeting and proposed 24 Oct, 4:00 PM. You sent us the floor plan and requested a quotation based on it. We politely declined as we had not inspected the physical site.
11 Sep, 7:22 PM – You requested a quote again, but our office had closed at 6:00 PM.
12 Sep, 9:02 AM – We replied once office hours resumed, reiterating that we could not quote without visiting the site.
15 Sep, 7:55 PM – You confirmed the site meeting after office hours.
16 Sep, 9:18 AM – We acknowledged your message. You then created a WhatsApp group including your ID and confirmed the meeting timing at 10:34 AM.
16 Sep, 3:30 PM – You enquired if we supply Yeelight Pro switches, and we replied promptly.
22 Sep, 11:00 AM – You asked about Internet cable installation, and we replied promptly.
08 Oct, 1:30 PM – Your ID requested details required for the renovation permit. Since the project had not been quoted or confirmed, we explained that we could not provide the information yet.

Throughout the process, we responded promptly during office hours and provided clear explanations each time. The project remained at a preliminary stage, and no site inspection, quotation, or work had commenced.
Given the misunderstanding and the premature public review posted before the project began, we have decided to withdraw from the project as we are not comfortable proceeding further. We have also arranged to refund the deposit accordingly.

I did not engage their services although I wished I had come across them earlier.
The id I signed up recommended by one of those reno platform sucked.
Gave sub standard 3d photos that were cut and paste from somewhere and not even customized to my home . Gave all sort of excuses for it and tried to bullshit and insist that that it a 3d render of my home when it is obviously amateurish photos taken off Google or somewhere.
Without any lighting diagram or scheme of how house will look like from the lD
I had to end up finding out and sourcing lightings, kitchen and bath ware on my own.
Ldb was kind enough to recommend me where to get the above at a reasonable and affordable price.
Really appreciate.
So if you are doing reno, look for Ldb. Save you the stress and know they are reliable

The ceiling of my new house got holes due to the mistake of an electrician. He did touch-up, but I can't be happy. The gap between light and the ceiling is very obvious. Insects can be trapped inside lights. One of the screws dropped because it was just next to the big hole for wires as shown in the 3rd picture. This is really ridiculous.

Visited over an weekend and was served by Adam. His nice and patience. There was a lady too, couldn’t get her name. Both are very friendly and kind. Was trying to source for our new house lighting and Adam, shared and shown us their collection via catalog which we would prefer to see actual item hence we didn’t manage to purchase anything here as we also couldn’t see anything we like 😔
They carry Line8 too, Legrand switches, bathroom accessories. Mixture of other stuff. Maybe is good place to start with here.

Got Joshua’s contact through my brother in law, who has engaged his service twice to re wire his both his house. As I already got a quote from my ID’s electrician, I called him to make a comparison and this is the best decision I make for my whole project. He came in top among all my contractors, with professional service conduct by Adrian who survey my place follow by reinstalling Open net, Mick and his colleagues who came down to do wiring etc. They are the 1st to arrival and last to leave after cleaning up. 1 word, you will not regret for engage them!

Cindy from Light De Bath is very patient and knowledgeable, not those pushy kind of sales people, so we really felt very comfortable at the shop and were able to take our own time to choose the products we needed for our two bathrooms. She took the time and heart to understand what we need and want, not just profit-driven, so we really trust her recommendations as it's not easy since it's our first time renovating the bathrooms.
