   Joshua and team are was hired by ID that in charge of our resale HDB renovation. At the same time, one of his team member, Adam, gave us a guide on smart switches and what it can do to. We are quite impressed with his expertise and also quite knowledgeable on explaining it to us who are noob to smart switches. Joshua also demonstrated his expertise when consulting on what need to be done for the renovation and wiring. The technical team also quite good at their workmanship and quite accommodating to our requests. Good job to Joshua and his group of teams.

   Light and Lights was introduced by my ID for my resale HDB unit electrical work including rewiring. The schedule arrangement is great. The quotation is clear and no hidden cost. Special thanks for Siew Fong. He is a very patient gentleman. His working attitude and skill is great. I would say the overall quality is exceeding my expectation. Recommend this company.

   I'm a returning customer and had originally contracted Joshua's team to overhaul my electrical wiring during renovation works 2 years ago. Very happy to say that standards have been consistently upheld. I have every confidence in engaging him for future projects

   This organisation here is the contractor team my ID hired. Gave one star due to the following; 1) Installed a Eubiq power brick but did not check the incoming power or whether it is function. Only came back to reinstate back after 2 weeks. For two weeks, unable to use the power brick to operate kitchen appliances. Have to use 6 way and pull power from different location 2) Replaced a rj45 face plate but did not check whether keystone is inserted correctly. Kept wondering why my data is only 10mbps. Only upon testing using the rj45 point and then realise signal 5,6,7 is not wired correctly. Came back only after repeatedly asking for ID. 3) took leave for them to setup kdk exhaust fan wiring for them to tell me they forget to come on the day itself. Wasted my leave and nothing get done. Instead, I decided to wire myself . 4) remind the team to close the gate as I have a cat but when arrived gate was ajar mostly. While this might be an isolated issues as evidently the reviews by other is good and was recommended by my ID, I would have source for my own electrician team instead. Only positivity I encountered is the price is competitive. Experience will differs, but at least it doesn’t work out for me.

   Joshua & team were really impressive & super responsive. Their service top notch. They resolved any electrical issue or relocation for my bto projects and resale hdb efficiently and swiftly. They offered advices whether it can be done or not and even offered solutions. Gotten their services multiple times and will continue engaging them for our electrical works. Thumbs up! 👍🏻
