Installed brand new aircon but not cooling. Asked them to come down for checks (including boss himself) but no solution. It was a brand new re-run of pipes. Also to add - during the installation session they were speaking very very loudly and disturbing the neighbours. Edit 1: Recent maintenance checks revealed that during installation the bracket was installed carelessly. If not rectified the aircon unit may drop down.

Can’t manage a simple thing like keeping to appointments. Nor is capable of having the simple courtesy of informing their customers that their serviceman is held up somewhere else and won’t be able to make the appointment for the day.

Rigid in operations. I’ve asked to reschedule my AC servicing because my unit just began joint inspection / rectifications why do I need servicing but was told can’t really deviate much. Furthermore no servicing on weekends. Hello you expect people to take leave and wait at home all day for AC servicing ?
