Cannot solve issues and always late few hours than promised timing. Hello you think we do not need to work everyday stay home wait for your revisit? Worst experience ever!

Their name in Carousell is "jaaircon", on their shirt is "Nature Cool". On invoice is "Coolfixs Solution". First time looked for them in early Feb this year to repair my fridge. Took 4 days average 2 hours plus per day to check and repair. Quoted me 500 plus and asked for 400 plus downpayment. First 3 days were disaster made my kitchen in big mess and strong chemical smell but unable to find out rootcause. 3 months warranty but my fridge is now down just after 3 months. Take your own risk to engage their service.
