I had a fantastic experience with StarCloud for my ceiling fan installation. The technician, Ah Meng, was clearly very experienced. He assessed my rooms, advised on the best fan sizes and placement, and explained the wiring and safety considerations in simple terms. The installation was neat—no messy cables and proper balancing (no wobble at all). Pricing was transparent with no hidden costs, and he even shared maintenance tips to keep the fans quiet and efficient. Overall, professional skills, solid technical knowledge, and great service. Highly recommended—ask for Ah Meng if you can!

From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and patient in explaining the entire process, including safety upgrades and practical recommendations. The workmanship was excellent – neat, well-organized cabling, proper trunking, and all sockets, switches, and lighting points were installed with care. They also ensured minimal disruption to my daily living, kept the site clean after each day’s work, and completed the project within the agreed timeline. Most importantly, they gave me clear advice on balancing between what’s necessary and what’s optional, so I didn’t overspend unnecessarily.
