Very professional! The electrician Boss really takes time to find out the problem to my house electrical tripped. He make sure he find out the root of the problem and get it fixed. A few days ago, I returned home at night and discovered my house had no electricity. I quickly checked the DB box to check for a tripped switch, which turned out to be the RCCB switch. But I couldn’t turn it back on because it had automatically reset. I tried various a few methods some of which Eric had advised me over video call, but none of them worked and he initially suspected the RCCB switch was faulty. Eric then suggested he come down to my place so he could replace it. He even went out of his way to drive back to his woodlands office (about a 20-30 minute drive from my place) to get a spare RCCB switch. After arriving at my place, he discovered the problem was bigger than it is, but he managed to resolve the issue, which was an unusual issue and the first time Eric had encountered it; according to him. But he thoroughly explained the problem and how he managed to fix it and also advised me on how to handle similar situations in the future. Really kudos to him in ensuring I had my electricity back on that night, if not i was sure I had to move out temporarily for that night.

TYS came recommended by a friend. Eric and his team were very polite and patient from the start. After solving the wiring issue i had, they even took the time to explain the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Overall i find them reliable, knowledgeable and very professional. Definitely highly recommended !

Thanks TYS electrical and team for assisting with my resale house electrical re-wiring! They did their best to accommodate to my timing schedule, and even went the extra mile to dismantle certain lighting fixtures and even my Steigen rack, and helped to bring to my new place to install! Have stayed for 6 months in and so far all is great. If anything, his team is always easily contactable with a phone call / text away. Appreciate it very much!

TYS electrican has done a great job in installing these Vlux RGB LED light & switches. Because I purchased 2 switches lesser, they went out of the way to assist the purchase to replace on the same day! Overall work and finishing done were very satisfying! Highly recommended!

Fast and professional service from Eric. My kitchen switch went haywire on Saturday midnight and he came to rescue on the same day afternoon. He even went to get the same color switch to match my entire house switches, and it was done within 10 mins. A nice and thoughtful gesture. Thanks Eric and team, highly recommend!
