Very good experience with VOIS. The team was responsive and arranging the appointment was quite smooth. Technician came down, checked the aircon properly and explained what was causing the issue before doing anything. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just rush through the job — they took the time to troubleshoot and make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Pricing was also explained clearly beforehand, so there were no surprises. Overall, professional and reliable service. Would definitely recommend VOIS if you need aircon servicing or troubleshooting in Singapore. 👍

We got them to repair and replace the PCB board of our air con in Jan 2026. In July 2026, they came for troubleshooting checks and mentioned to replace the exact same item. Very incompetent and displayed a hack care attitude. Technician came and we had to even provide them with their own report from Jan 2026. Called their office team and they mentioned if you are unhappy then call their principle. They mentioned they do not provide any warranty for workmanship therefore will not take any responsibility. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Nick from Vois was very helpful and polite. He solved an urgent repair job swiftly. The technician, Rahman was experienced and competent. Trouble shoot and resolved our two bedroom units on the same day. For those seeking a reliable aircon company, don’t go on wild goose chase. Vois is highly recommend.

I have called VOIS for my aircon servicing several times and have been very happy and satisfied with their services. Recently, I called VOIS to look into and rectify my faulty aircon. From the admin to the technical crew, they are very professional, prompt and polite. The servicemen were punctual and very patient in explaining and addressing my concerns. I will recommend VOIS to anyone for aircon matters.

Workmen are either plain stupid or incredibly inconsiderate. Workmen parked on a residential street and blocked residential driveway so that tenant vehicle was unable to access . When they finally turned up, their excuse was “there were cars parked in front”. The depths of stupidity to park over someone’s driveway instead of finding an actual park. I then called their main office phone number to make a complaint, and additional incompetence from whomever answered the phone. The utter incompetence is mind boggling.

After a list of their authorized servicing partners was given by Mitsubishi Electric, decided to try out Vois partly based on their mostly positive Google's reviews. Upon calling up, Nick was helpful and kind enough to arrange promptly on my troubleshooting appointment to fit my schedule. On day of appointment, a young man Tong arrived around 10 minutes earlier on appointed time. Tong was a cheerful guy and went through what was required to address the problem of my Aircon professionally. All was settled within roughly 20 minutes. I am thankful to both Nick and Tong for all their professionalism here.

Engaged them to do a repair on my aircon unit that failed in March 2024. First engaged them to do diagnosis. For this appointment, I was given a time slot on the day they would come down between 4-6pm but had no updates until I called to ask about it. They showed up at 7.30pm. After diagnosis was done, I did not receive an email update they said was sent for the repair quote and arrangement until I called them and arranged via WhatsApp. On the day they were to come and repair the air con unit, I was given a 4-6pm time slot but was not updated until I called them to check at 5pm that they were unable to come by 6pm. Repair was rescheduled and the unit was only repaired the next day. Only giving 2 instead of 1 star because aircon was repaired as needed.

My home air conditioner's outdoor unit had a problem. I contacted several companies, but none could solve it. Your company's staff came three times, inspecting, ordering parts, and debugging it repeatedly until it was finally fixed. Air conditioners are indeed very complex. I contacted VOIS to install new air conditioning unit. I was impressed with their end-to-end service. Nora from customer service is always responsive to my questions. Aircon installation often requires extensive work, especially for replacement. Ching from technician team was great at suggesting ways to minimise inconveniences caused to us. He and his team member paid attention to detailing work so that there were no ugly patches to be seen. They also make sure to cover the furniture and clean up after they finished. Great job, VOIS! I would not hesitate to recommend VOIS's service.

I had gotten Vios to service my aircon a couple of years before and it was a generally pleasant experience. This week, their guy came and serviced my aircon. They made some suggestions which I thought was reasonable so we proceeded to do the work. After the servicing and other works though, I’d noticed that all of my air conditioning in 4 rooms were not as cool as before. Whereas 24 degree Celsius in power two used to be sufficient, now we have to put it down to 22 blast it and it still isn’t as cool as before and despite some cool air, we are perspiring! Also, one of the aircon started growing mold soon after. The other thing that troubles me is that despite making payment on the day itself, I have yet to receive any receipt 5 working days later. Has the standard for this aircon company gone down? Have message them and am still waiting for some response from them. 😔

Excellent aircon servicing! We tried the steam option Recommended by their staff, Nora. It was great and satisfying to see the amount of dirt they managed to filter out. I have been using their service since two years ago. I called them up the first time due to an unknown coolant leak and was a recurring issue not resolved by another operator. VOIS came and resolved the issue permanently. In my second engagement, my AC unit from another system was not cold suddenly. The engineer swiftly diagnosed the issue and changed out a circuit board resolving the issue with ease. I have signed up with their maintenance package ever since and thus far, they have been reliable, on-time, responsive, friendly, skillful (experienced) and thus quick in their work without cutting corners. Further chatting with the engineers who visited my abode also revealed that they are quite happy with their work at VOIS. I would highly recommend VOIS to anyone looking for highly knowledgeable engineers to diagnose or maintain their air conditioning system, especially if you are using Mitsubishi Starmex systems. Please also groom these engineers well so I can still be assisted by them many years to come. Thank you VOIS!

We have been VOIS customers since 2016 and the look after our air conditioner regularly a couple of times a year. With a unit being in the bedroom we are very happy with the regular steam cleaning as well as their standard service in-between. Most importantly, they have always been able to keep our unit running quietly! We had one chemical cleaning so far and a few repairs like rewiring the compressor etc. We are very confident that VOIS will always be there to fix all our little problems with the A/C as well as doing a great job on the regular cleaning. So far, we only had 2, maybe 3 different teams working on our unit and the current team is great, too! Have just done their 2nd service after the team change and already remembered us and our requirements and needs. Thank you also to the lady in the Office, Ms Nora, who is always helping us to arrange convenient service dates/times and passing all our request on to the service team very carefully!

we found them as it’s highly raved by our friends; i heard of how they use STEAM cleaning ( high temperature steam to eliminate bacteria, moulds and other allergens from hard to reach areas) really suitable for our family with kids - coz it’s more safe and eco friendly too. No chemicals were used. Just water! We highly recommend them this is the first time I’m seeing an air con servicing took apart almost all the dirty parts to clean & sanitise them! The team is experienced and knowledgeable! I always have water dripping problem for my aircon and so far none of the servicing companies I engaged were able to solve it for me but Vois Aircon did! VOIS steam cleaning effectively expels dirt in clogged areas, penetrating out of reach crevices, sterilising surfaces and kills up to 99.9% of all germs 😱 With no use of harmful chemicals, it is ideal for household with kids, especially with sinus or allergies concerns! I engaged their service to replace my Aircon unit. Despite being a Mitsubishi-recommended authorized service provider, the communication and service experience fell below expectations. Following completion of the service, the sales representative simply sent an invoice via WhatsApp without any accompanying explanation or instructions regarding the payment method or timeline. 2 weeks later, the service questioned in a diminishing manner why the payment had not been received. After making the transfer on the spot, I was assured that the warranty and receipt would be processed and sent to my provided email address either the same day or the next day. However, it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive them. When I followed up this matter in the same WhatsApp chat, this time my message got totally ignored. Overall, the service is disappointing. There is a clear need for basic customer service training for frontline service staff.

Please do not call them..always late for a job. They are never on time. I had their service twice. They were late for an hour for the first appointment but I still allowed them to continue. It was the same thing happening on the second appointment and I had to cancel the whole job! Please respect your customers for taking time off to facilitate you too.
