This is the worst aircon service I've ever experienced! Their time management is terrible, and their attitude is the worst. Absolutely the worst aircon service I've encountered so far.

DONT GO!!! Spent two appointments and got nothing fixed. Each scheduling is a long wait and they will suddenly call you saying they are coming without earlier notice. Spend $500 for changing the controller but it didn’t work. And when I asked back for follow up they give no constructive response. I don’t recommend this shop at all and it’s a waste of time and money.

booked for aircon cleaning service. No one turn up and I have been wait for 1 hour plus till no response from them. Call and ask but one male staff say will check with technician and come back to me. There was no response after 1 hour so I called again. He told me the technician will be late and “aircon cleaning service is like this”. So what’s the point we booked appt? No response not punctual, make people wait and wait. Wasting people time.

Very dishonest contractor. They came to inspect, charge an inspection sum, but was unable to provide a solution. Basically, they charge you you $50 for coming to your house and look at your air con. That's it.

The previous times I had other aircon companies to fix my aircon, the experience wasn't very ideal. After my friend recommended me Whole City Aircon Service, their chemical service was very wonderful and fixed my aircon in one visit.

I'm kindly reminding everyone not to go to this place. They have no sense of time and make people wait all day. They think 40 is too little and don't want to earn it, and they keep making excuses that others didn't give them the address. They're awful!

Dishonest contractor, be aware! I have encountered aircond compressor leaking problem, then I have engaged this contractor from carousel to do the repair work. Agreed $500 was told with a leak checking / welding ($380) work on the compressor leaking spot and gas refill ($120). On phone, they kind of confident that the leaking problem in the compressor can be detected and welded it. After 1+ hr they found out the leakage spot in compressor coils which are not able to weld and repair, hence my leaking problem was not solved. But contractor still insisted to ask me to pay the full agreed amount $500, I have argued with them and end up he agreed to give me $80 discount only. It cost me $420 and the leaking problem still remained!!!! I’m feel like being cheated!!!!

Worst aircon servicing. They confirmed the time for 11am Saturday but they were late. Someone called to let us know they'll be late but did not tell us when they would arrive. They arrived at 3.30pm. 1 Chinese man and 2 Bangladeshi workers came in. They did not know how to take down my casement air-conditioner. They vacuumed the outside of the casement unit. Barely did anything and charged me SGD$40. It was less than 30 mins before they gave up and told me it does not need to be cleaned.

The owner wants $$$ but doesn't wanna provide an acceptable service. My experience with this company is far from satisfactory. They never even check if the job is fulfilled. His idea of running a business is to buy reviews. Gosh, disgusting. 50+ 5 star reviews within a week, 20+ within hours. This is a repeated service, do you count on scam every one once and fled the country?

Unprofessional and poor shoddy workmanship, I was made to wait over an hour just to have the workers come down to repair the hole on the second day. Will give all sorts of excuses, it cannot be done, we don't have a broom to clean up, etc. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Engineered google reviews - At least 4 reviews are 5 stars for this company and RJsecurity. Edit: The boss has stated the plaster needs a day to dry before they could smoothen it out with sandpaper while on the day itself the workers told me to do it myself. Even so I received no communication from them since the plaster was applied. After all that blame avoidance, there were still no dates given for the job to be finished.

Removed my house aircon but never patch up the gaping holes left after the dismantling. Was charged $200 for the job, and had to fill the holes in myself. Overall bad experience.

Absolutely unprofessional. Cleaning the air conditioner was completely unhygienic; they made the floor very dirty, and you had to clean it yourself afterwards.

I had very bad experience with this aircon service. I can't imagine I was told the aircon fan door spoilt is due to poor plastic quality and the door already got problem, whereby my aircon is still able to use without any issues and just need cleaning. My aircon fan door was spoilt by the service man. The in charge man can tell me his staff, who can not speak or understand Chinese, told my elderly parents (they only understand Chinese) about the issue. This is extremely bad communication and assume customer acknowledge your mistake and bully they don't understand English to cover your mistake. When we called back the in charger man, he was finding excuse instead of acknowledging their service mistake and make recovery for their bad service.

Engaged a comprehensive service of this company: normal maintenance, chemical washing and repair of cooling gas leakage. Professional service of high quality and good value. Highly recommend! I was also very impressed by its young boss Mr Liu, who is very patient and knowledgeable.

Best aircon servicing company and cheapest in Sg, no joke. No overcharging. Mr Liu & team has cleaned my aircon for years, even after moving house I still called them. Aircon problems that were charged $1k by other company (cools*rve), was fixed professionally for $300. I trust Whole City Aircon Service because they always service professionally, they are nice and they are clean. Good job, Whole City team!

Turned up 40 mins early (9.50) and expected me to be home, rushed back to arrive home 20 mins (10.10) before the appointment time (10.30) and advised them i was back. They finally showed up at 10.55 when I told them I have to leave at 11.15 and only one of the 3 actually did any work and they never touched two of the units but still had the cheek to charge $70 and try to upsell me to do a chemical wash! Your guys were too busy snooping around my place rather than working, never even washed the filter in the bathroom, one just went in there without the unit, closed the door and did god knows what before reappearing a few mins later.

Very experienced and knowledgable. Very accommodating when asked to return to wash the compressor even after they have left for more than half an hour. Willing to work longer than their working hours with smiles and cheers!! Amazing positive attitude.
