Our last servicing was a very bad experience. They keep on telling us we need extra services such as chemical cleaning and top up gas, on top of the scheduled cleaning. To make it worse, when we consulted another service provider within the same day of cleaning, the otherservixe provider showed us pictures on our aircon that they were NOT clean at all. Highly warn everyone considering this service.

Able to get a nearest time slot to service the Aircon. Professional service guy n able to explain the issue n service the Aircon on site. So far happy w service n will monitor my Aircon leakage issue. Hopefully solved.

I seldom give one-star reviews, but this business uses strong-arm tactics to impose extra services on rental/expat customers. They bullied me into unnecessary gas top-up for my aircon (if they know that you are renting, they will write in the service report that you refused top-up, so your property agent will consider it a breach of contract). The price of the top up was not fixed, it went from $120 to $100 to $80 in the span of 5 minutes. Also, the technician insisted that it was impossible to write a new service report, but once I agreed to the extra $80 he agreed to write me a new report for the original service. The air-con is not any colder, it was a scam. At the end he also threatened to bully me into a chemical wash with the second service report, but thankfully he left.

Poor service and totally no credit !!!! When they provide a quote with original price $60 per aircon, and we ask for discount as we have 3 aircons, then they said they will give us $45 per aircon and first two times free of charge if we sign up contract for 3 year (quarterly, so total 12 times of aircon services). We agreed the contract and made separate payments. Now we have already made full payment, their boss change words, saying only provide 6 times of service instead of 12. After that, change words again, asking me to accept 10 times service instead of 12, dont make them difficult 一人让一步. Based on agreement $1350 for 12 times, they are good at chasing money. But when we already made full payment, they suddenly change words? This way to doing business consider fraud! I will go and report and never recommend this company!

First of all they never came to service as per contract and missed the quarterly cycle. Then finally the come up after follow up on the next cycle on 25th November. After their technicians left one of the aircon stopped working with the remote control and we reported the issue the same day. Then they send in their team again only on the 28th Nov and they come and tell me that there is a problem with the remote sensor which needs to be replaced for 180$. The remote was working absolutely fine before 25th so clearly their technicians did something wrong but when i spoke to their representative on the phone he said they won’t claim any responsibility for it. Absolutely unprofessional approach, I have decided to cancel the contract and get a refund from them

Bad service! Send technician with no aircon knowledge at all, very disappointed with their servicing at the price paid, use my hair shampoo without asking permission when cleaning the aircon filter but why they do not have any aircon cleaning liquid, did not vacuum the aircon at all caused the aircon become very dirty although there is servicing every few months. Regret to appoint them and sign a contract with them which trusted them so much but in the end give a lot of problem.

Very good service as they did the good job thanks to Yonghe Aircon Engines because I been charging alot of Aircon Services but work is bad until I call them as they can solve the problem for me till my Aircon looks new & cool 👍👍👍😁😁😁

I used this company 4 years. Their Servicing is the usual standard vacuum aircon pipe. clean and wash aircon filter. check the compressor. Clean and vacuum aircon units and flaps and test aircon coldness. But at the 4th year two of their staffs broke all three units of my aircon units flaps... Before their servicing the flaps working fine. Right after their servicing the flaps cannot move. The only reason they gave me is my aircon is old and flaps spoilt is normal. Now the last servicing they came and only wash the aircon filters and said the servicing is done... less than five minutes job and consider one servicing .... Called their boss and the boss said because the previous servicing spoilt all three of our aircon so now onwards only do cleaning the filters because their staffs and boss said scare to spoil the aircon anymore.... Can someone please tell me should i be paying so much money for aircon servicing that clean filters only for 5 mins?????? And the best part is this servicing their staff started to finger point my words and said i scold and insult him... And he just cancel my one year contract with them and return my remaining money.... Where can i go and complain about this???

Totally disappointed services... Tried almost 2 years... Each time booked an appointment but their technicians missed the appointment time by 1-2 hours... Booked a 2pm to 3pm appointment but end up keep calling them and they only reach at 4pm or 5pm... How can they expect us keep staying at home and wait for them... Totally disappointed and always say they have spent too much time on previous servicing and they only spent 20mins on my servicing ...

Had tried various contractors but not my expectation. Through friend , I get to know this contractor . Tried their services , felt very happy. Cheap and Good. Yong He and Gangs , keep up the good work !!!
