I have been using their service for more than 4 years. They have a very accomodating and patient customer service. If you have a contract with them, they will help you remind of the schedule which is a huge plus for me since I am a busy working person. Their technicians are well experienced and professional. After every time they do servicing, they would let me know the condition of the airconditioning units. Until now I am satisfied with the service they have given, the reason why I keep renewing my contract with them.
