I engaged them for my house moving from condo to landed house few months ago. Hup Hing's service was quite good from very smooth first WhatsApp communications for quotation till actual moving. Their moving job was swift and careful enough as well. And of course team came to venue on time. Since I had terrible experience with other mover company last time, I was really worried about moving. But Hup Hing did great job and my impression on mover in Singapore was successfully restored. Thanks a lot!

I used this service when I returned to Japan for good. I was worried that the quality of their service might be lower than that of major Japanese companies like N and Y, so I hope this will be helpful to anyone who is considering using their service. In conclusion, I think the service was generally good. Perhaps it was luck, but the team members who came to pack were all local, with an average age of 60 and over 30 years of experience. They all packed silently, carefully, and speedily. A Japanese sales representative also helped pack the items throughout the day. One of the most experienced workers broke a delicate champagne glass while packing it, but he immediately reported it to us and quickly compensated us at our requested price. He was a very professional worker, and because he reported it so quickly, we had no hard feelings. When we checked the items after they arrived in Japan, all the fragile items, including the champagne glass and painting, were undamaged. There was some damage to some of the plastic, which may have already been brittle, and some crushed caps, but all of this was quickly compensated for. The only disappointment was the delivery and unpacking team from our partner company in Japan. It was probably mostly part-time workers, and the work was very slow, which was frustrating. There were frequent mistakes in the delivery room. There were also some missed reports at the time of delivery, and the cardboard box checklist was not completed. It seems that everything probably arrived, though.
